This allows me to send the waiver ahead of time or in person electronically. It is super efficient. ### 2. I personally used these forms to capture photo consents from people before getting their picture taken. It was easy to use via an Ipad, while capturing customer info that could later be quantified. **What do you dislike about WaiverElectronic?** At the time I was using this application, I hated that I had to pay for a month when sometimes I only needed it for 1 or 2 days out of the month. **Recommendations to others considering WaiverElectronic:** Have fun with it! Be creative, make your own forms, and let it do the work for you. This will be the only software I will use during events for the ease of use. Plus, their customer service team is Wonderful. If you have any issues, they are right there to immediately help and support you with any technical needs or even basic questions. You are never alone with WaiverElectronic. **What problems is WaiverElectronic solving and how is that benefiting you?** My client wanted to have customers sign a waiver form prior to having their picture taken. This way they would have advertising permission as well as contact information to send follow communication. So it was a great way to accomplish two tasks with just a press of a button. ### 3. The customer support ( in my case, Andy) is unparalleled. We exchanged ideas about how best to structure the document and make it available to the Senior fitness team that I instruct so that they would find it simple to deal with and upload. After the initial interaction he was and remains readily available for questions and changes. By working through WaiverElectronic, I was better able to get Zoom sessions up and running quickly in reaction to the closing of the County Senior Center and keep a great group of 60 plus team members moving, healthy and engaged in the exercise programs they love. **What do you dislike about WaiverElectronic?** There is nothing to note here - WE is priced fairly, responds quickly and serves its clientele professionally. **What problems is WaiverElectronic solving and how is that benefiting you?** The need to broadly and easily distribute and then store Fitness client waivers. ### 4. I simply copied our legal waiver language from our attorney and pasted it into the appropriate text box. You can also choose from pre-set templates and upload your company logo to add your branding. During this pandemic, I also like that I can offer a contactless waiver signing by sending a link to our electronic waiver to our customers if they'd like to sign it in advance. There's also a wide range of monthly plans to choose from, and you can always switch your plan online yourself, based on your company's needs. You can also revert to a free plan if you're a seasonal business. **What do you dislike about WaiverElectronic?** There's a per-waiver fee if you go over your plan's allotted number of waivers, so be sure you have a ballpark range of how many waivers you'll have signed per month. **What problems is WaiverElectronic solving and how is that benefiting you?** We offer experiences with animals, so we needed a waiver solution that was easy to set up, as well as easy to archive waivers electronically. The look up feature works well and seem to continually be building more features into it, making it a better service with more options. **What do you dislike about WaiverElectronic?** Customer service is not great. Never got the first month free and they seem to be ignoring my emails about this now. Would be really helpful if there would be a phone number one could call. **What problems is WaiverElectronic solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to go digital with our waivers. We are able to use iPad's on site for customers to use to complete the waiver electronically and we can also use an iPad to verify that they have completed a waiver. Our waivers are then securely stored for us. ### 7.
