## Stream Reviews
 ### 1. Real-Time Earnings Visibility and Savings That Boost Financial Wellbeing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire T. | Head of Reward and Benefits, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Stream?**

By far the biggest advantage of using Stream is that it lets our colleagues see their earnings in real time. This has dramatically reduced the number of “How much have I earned?” queries coming through to the Reward and Benefits team. In practice, we find most of our team use Stream primarily for this visibility. We also have a high proportion of colleagues using the save function; for some, it’s the first time they’ve been able to build up any savings, which is incredible.

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

There’s very little to dislike about Steam. Feedback from our team is consistently positive; they really appreciate the financial freedom and wellbeing it offers. It’s definitely a strong retention tool.

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stream helps solve a range of issues, from payday queries and tracking hours worked to supporting financial wellbeing and helping our team feel more in control.

 ### 2. Stream Makes Financial Wellbeing Support Accessible for Every Need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbie C. | Staff Wellbeing Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Stream?**

What I like best about Stream is the wide range of products and tools available to support financial wellbeing. Whether someone feels confident managing their money or is facing financial challenges, Stream offers practical options that can help people better understand, manage and improve their financial situation. I like that the support feels accessible and relevant to different needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

What I like least is not about Stream itself, but about the way access works through our payroll system. Some users may feel hesitant because accessing Stream requires changes to their bank details on the Electronic Staff Record, even though this is part of the process. This can create concern or confusion for staff who may not fully understand why the change is needed, and it may put some people off using the service.

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stream is helping us respond to a range of financial wellbeing needs across our workforce. In a recent staff survey, views were mixed, with approximately equal numbers of people saying they felt very confident or confident managing their money, and others saying they felt unconfident or very unconfident. Stream supports both groups by offering financial education and coaching tailored to individual circumstances, alongside practical tools such as access to earned pay and savings pots with a competitive interest rate.
Local changes have increased financial pressure for some staff, so Stream is particularly helpful in supporting people to manage their finances more effectively and access support when they need it. We also have a strong relationship with our Delivery and Success Manager, who is keen to understand the current picture for our workforce and use this insight to inform products and services. The regular management information we receive also shows that Stream is having a positive impact on the financial wellbeing of our staff.

 ### 3. Convenient Wage Access with a Helpful Savings Pot Feature

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Stream?**

It's a convenient service which helps employees easily access their wages in advance, but has also developed and improve on many new features. Employee's can now add to a savings pot before the money even reaches them which I think is a wonderful feature to help get people on the right track.

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

There’s nothing I dislike. If anything, having multiple fees to pay each time an employee streams could deter some people from using it, although the fees are quite low, so it isn’t too much of an issue.

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stream helps support our employees. From being able to access an advance, save money, and get support and advice, it’s a wonderful platform. If employees need an advance, they don’t have to discuss it with us; they can go straight to Stream. This is helpful for us as a business, as it’s one less thing on the to-do list.

 ### 4. A Game-Changer Benefit: User-Friendly, Reliable, and Easy to Integrate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Stream?**

Stream has been a game changer in our organisation. It is the most elected benefit in our stack and consistently is asked for at recruitment.
From a tech perspective, the team can accommodate a number of different data sources and integrations across our multiple HR systems. The app is very user friendly and generally we have no tier 1 traffic to support users, unlike the other app we have in situ. We have had no unscheduled downtime and no service interruptions.

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

We'd like better reporting to track usage, but I think that will come with the AI tooling.

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stream solves cash flow problems for our people, visibility of shifts and earnings, improved financial wellness, and auto-savings for front line staf..

 ### 5. Stream’s Financial Wellbeing Benefits Are Extremely Valuable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela U. | Head of People Services, Payroll & Benefits, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Stream?**

Stream has really opened our eyes to what’s available in the financial wellbeing space. The Savings, Loans, Streaming, and Financial Education offerings are all extremely valuable benefits for our business and our colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

There is little if anything to dislike about Stream, we have yet to find anything

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From the ground up, starting with Financial education, Stream speaks to its users in clear understandable ways that encourage even the most cautious of users to explore and make the most of the support and benefits available. Stream gives each user the confidence and confidential space to learn, manage and make the most of their income.

 ### 6. Easy to Use and Cuts Pay Queries for Hourly Colleagues

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Stream?**

Easy to use - enables colleagues to see their pay before pay day and removes most of our pay queries for hourly colleagues

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

Sometimes getting access to speak to support as an employer can be a little cumbersome - but not a major issue.

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pay Queries, Colleague discounts, enabling colleagues to have access to pay on demand, pension reviews, loans and financial wellbeing support for colleagues.

 ### 7. All-In-One Financial Wellbeing App with Ease of Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Stream?**

I like that Stream is an all-in-one easy to use app. I appreciate its focus on financial well-being for our colleagues, providing flexible pay, savings, education, and support. It's quite easy to set up and offers a better user experience compared to what we used before.

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

I think Stream could improve by providing a better understanding of the demographics of our workforce that are using it and what they use it for.

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Stream as a financial wellbeing app for colleagues, offering flexible pay, savings, education, and support. It helps with financial wellbeing, saving, debt reduction, and money management.

 ### 8. Empowering Earned Pay Access and Financial Wellbeing Support

**What do you like best about Stream?**

The ability to offer our colleagues access to earned pay when they need it as well as a platform that truly supports our people's financial wellbeing.

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

There are no downsides that I've experienced to date.

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stream is a strategic partner in supporting colleague wellbeing. This in turn is having a positive impact on talent attraction, colleague engagement and improved retention.

 ### 9. Helpful Stream Team and an Evolving Benefit Colleagues Love

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane C. | People Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Stream?**

The Stream team is very helpful, and the benefit is really popular with our colleagues. I also appreciate that the product continues to evolve and improve over time.

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

I’m concerned that some colleagues may become too dependent on it, and I’m not sure there is enough support in place to identify and help colleagues who get trapped in a cycle of salary advances.

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us access to a savings and loan scheme that, as a business, we don’t have to administer ourselves.

 ### 10. Empowers Employees with On-Demand Pay and Great Savings Rates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Stream?**

It gives our people the option to access their money whenever they need it, without having to ask anyone for permission when life throws us a curveball. It’s also helping more of our people than ever save for the things that matter to them, and the interest rates are great too.

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

So far, I haven’t found any downsides—only benefits for our people.

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stream is helping our people achieve greater financial freedom and wellbeing by putting structured control back into their hands.

 ### 11. Smooth Onboarding and Great Roster Integration for Better Financial Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Stream?**

It gives staff an opportunity to be more in control of their finances and financial situation. The integration with roster works well and allows staff to keep track of their shifts. Customer support is easy to access and onboarding was a smooth process.

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

One thing I would say is that a telephone support option for staff would be helpful as not all staff are great with IT. Because of this reason we do get some queries come to us first.

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently staff are struggling with personal finances. We often sign post along with other avenues to stream to access the coach feature and benefits checker to gain some advice and sign posting regarding finances and help.

 ### 12. Effortless Setup and Proactive Support Boosts Financial Wellbeing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul L. | People Services Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Stream?**

I like the ease of setup and the engaging support from the Stream team. The team is willing to help promote, develop, and push forward the product by getting input into the development plan. The FinWell conference each year shares the latest insights and peer knowledge. I also find the app great.

**What do you dislike about Stream?**

Nothing

There isn't anything that stands out at this time. It would be helpful to have a chat feature, though!

**What problems is Stream solving and how is that benefiting you?**
