WagBooking Reviews & Product Details

WagBooking is appointment scheduling software for pet grooming businesses, managing bookings, client profiles, and workflows. It features smart scheduling with day, week, and month views, color-coded statuses, and per-staff filters. A conflict checker prevents double-booking using slot capacity controls. Client profiles store owner details, pet photos, medical notes, grooming instructions, and visit histories. The online booking system offers public pages for new clients and pre-filled links for returning ones — clients never need to create an account. Automated SMS and email reminders notify clients, and per-pet rebooking intelligence tracks each pet's own visit intervals to flag overdue clients. Available on web, iPhone, and Android from one codebase, WagBooking syncs in real time and works offline, so notes, statuses, and checkouts save without internet. Every support message is answered by a real person. Month-to-month, 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
