Wabizo Reviews & Product Details

Wabizo is an AI-powered WhatsApp ordering bot that turns WhatsApp into a complete sales and customer service channel for restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, bakeries, and florists. Instead of customers calling, downloading an app, or filling out forms, they simply message the business's WhatsApp number — and the bot handles the entire ordering conversation from greeting to order confirmation. Wabizo is built on the official WhatsApp Business API through Meta and adds a complete ordering layer on top: product catalog browsing, cart building, order confirmation, delivery or pickup selection, and Bluetooth thermal receipt printing. Customers browse menus with photos and prices inside the chat, add items to a cart, and confirm their order — all without leaving WhatsApp. What sets Wabizo apart is its focus on how businesses in Pakistan, the Gulf, and diaspora markets actually operate. It reads and responds in English, Urdu, and Roman Urdu with automatic language detection, so customers can type the way they normally message — not translate their order first. Cash on delivery is supported as a first-class payment method, not an afterthought. Pricing is in PKR throughout the catalog, order totals, and printed receipts. The platform includes an admin dashboard for managing orders, catalogs, and customer conversations, plus a mobile app for owners and staff to run the entire operation from a phone. Bluetooth thermal printing sends kitchen tickets to the counter the moment an order confirms, so nobody has to relay orders verbally or watch a screen during a rush. Human handover is built in — when a customer needs something the bot can't resolve, the conversation pauses and a live agent takes over, with the customer told someone is joining. Wabizo supports multi-location operations on its Enterprise plan, with separate catalogs, hours, and settings per location. Setup takes under 30 minutes, and the WhatsApp Business API approval with Meta is handled as part of onboarding — typically completing within 24 hours. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Wabizo is built by Expertizo, a software company based in Karachi, Pakistan. The product is used by restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, bakeries, and florists across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with support for international markets through the same WhatsApp Business API infrastructure.
