**What do you like best about VSee?**

I am using VSee to communicate with my client, it's like my friend, mediator to have a good conversation with my client, who will conversate with me officially. I am using this product for both video meeting as well as for message and voice conference. I am using it daily. it is very ease to access, implement things, customized for support, etc

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

Nothing more but it is often disconnected mistakenly and when I try to record the conversation with my client, my scribing software getting low volume and I could not type the conversation. I am doing by uninstalling it everyday and reinstalling to use without any discrepancy for more volume purpose. But, nothing at all anything go wrong with the product, as I already said It is like a friend of me.

**What problems is VSee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it for my office purpose to communicate with my physician to do the job he gives, daily meeting, messaging, file sharing, communicating for business purposes, etc. It is very useful product for me to have a best communication with my physician.

**What do you like best about VSee?**

From the start adjusting the video and sound settings was intuitive and the installation of the desktop version was quick without the need for additional technical assistance. VSee has the advantage that it doesn't impose time limits on meetings and gives me peace of mind knowing that it complies with strict privacy regulations.

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

When the connection is stable the streaming quality is excellent but VSee's peak performance is conditional on the internet-connection because in places with variable bandwidth there can be delays in the video.

**What problems is VSee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I continue to use VSee because of its ease of use and reliability. It's especially beneficial to be able to coordinate personal consultations directly from my computer without affecting my work schedule; and the data protection provided by VSee allows me to conduct conversations with the certainty that my data is secure.

**What do you like best about VSee?**

I really enjoy that there is so much to this software with it being something free I am able t use. I am able to either use a desktop version, or download an app, and it is the same for those who I use the software with. It's nice to constantly have options when conducting my supervision sessions for ABA therapy, and it's a relief that this exists.

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

I do have some instances in which the website does crash on me, but that is not something I attribute solely to the app itself. Quality can be lacking, but this is something I would expect with a website that's used for the purpose of video chats.

**What problems is VSee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has made it to where I can conduct my supervision sessions completely virtual, which has been a lifesaver. While I do not really use all of the benefits that exist with this site because of the nature of my own job, I still enjoy the profile that I can create.

**What do you like best about VSee?**

Quality of video is very good...........

I was with them for over a year when I realized there were other companies offering much more for lower cost.

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

Patients do not receive any notice that there is a message waiting unless they have the app running in the background. 

Speaking to customer service reps was exasperating.  They could not seem to answer a question with a straight answer.

Texts from one client would pop up over the top of a tele-health call that was in session.  

Patients could video call me if they saw I was online.  No way to turn it off.

**What problems is VSee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They allowed me to start utilizing tele-health when I first started solo practice.  Initially, I was grateful to find them.  They were easy to implement and the tele-health aspect was easy to use for Patients.

Simple. Many web conference tools often have too many features. This was straightforward to use. 

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

I did see anyway to add into my google calendar with the link. Like other teleconference platforms but they maybe done intentionally or based on the level I have. 

**Recommendations to others considering VSee:**

It works well for professionals looking for another route to connect to their patients. As long as your population is open and savvy to using technology. I had no challenges but can see others having a problem. 

**What problems is VSee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to professionals through a secure means. Conveinence of not leaving my home or waiting in a office.

**What do you like best about VSee?**

I appreciate that it is hippa compliant and that it not only has a desktop version but a phone app version as well which has been very important for clients who might have limited access to technology but definitely have a fun as most people have a smart phone these days.

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

Some times it can be glitchy with the video, mic, or sound which can obviously impact the call.

**Recommendations to others considering VSee:**

If you’re looking for a hippa compliant way to interact with clients without needing unnecessary frills this product is great for that. It is straightforward and simple and easy to use.

**What problems is VSee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vsee has made teletherapy quite convenient especially for clients who have medical issues or chronic pain and can’t get into the office regularly.

Allows me to conduct therapy sessions with clients when extenuating circumstances prevent either of us from coming into the office. Works on multiple platforms. 

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

Sometimes poor quality video, with uneven balance of brightness. Also wish there was an audio-call option to minimize data use. 

**Recommendations to others considering VSee:**

This application is easy to use. If you and multiple providers use the same login, it can also support that. Some difficulties with lighting require trial and error. Sound works well and works on multiple platforms

**What problems is VSee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solved the problem of missed therapy sessions or difficulty contacting our clients. Helps us address the concerns of confidentiality in therapy and keep our clients and therapists at ease.

**What do you like best about VSee?**

Very reliable on low band width connections, even on mobile 3G connections.
Uses little bandwidth for both audio and sound. Unlike with Skype the settings can be fully optimized to your needs.
Does not show ads like in Skype.
It is encrypted and secure.
Possible to share full screen or only individual windows.

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

In crowed high bandwidth connections it sometimes has timing issues with the sound (delays or interruptions).
The video&audio setting might be a little difficult to find on Apple computers.

**Recommendations to others considering VSee:**

If you need to communicate on low bandwidth or mobile connections in a secure way, then this is the best product to use.

**What problems is VSee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less costs over mobile connections due to low bandwidth usage. No privacy issues like with Skype. It is fully encrypted so you can send sensitives files securely to the other user.

**What do you like best about VSee?**

It is very easy to set up and use, as well as even download an app onto your phone for when you are on the go. It felt much safer than skype and was easier to use that it in my opinion. 

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

Sometimes the calls would lag and cut in and out, but I am not sure if it was the app or if it was the internet. 

**What problems is VSee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to talk about confidential information safely with supervisors and other providers within my organization where HIPAA law is abiding.

The screen sharing ability. We brainstorm and update documents in our meetings so it's great that everyone can see at the same time.

The audio is terrible when we have 10 people on a call.

Use the telephone for audio if you have more than a few employees on a call.

All of our team that works at different locations can get together for a weekly meeting.

**What do you like best about VSee?**

The thing I like best about VSee is their security measures.  In my work some of our conversations need to be secure and with other messaging & video chat softwares like skype or facetime the conversations are not secure within the software.  This is the main reason my work uses VSee.

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

The software use to look very outdated but they have a recent update that looks much more modern and clean and up to date. 

**What problems is VSee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the problem of being able to have secure business conversations with associates in other nations.

This product is very easy to use, and reduces lagging with group video chats.

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

the fist time I used VSee the audio was very difficult to understand. We closed and re-opened the application and after that the audio was great.

This product is the easiest to use for international group chats. It is secure and supported in most countries.

Ease of use, frequent updates for a better product, nice video quality and screen share. Specific to health care professionals.

**What do you dislike about VSee?**

Connection is sometimes poor and in an area with poor wifi, this could be an issue, specifically for healthcare professionals in rural or 3rd world countries.

**Recommendations to others considering VSee:**

Fairly easy to use but some less technological users may need help with the setup, use, and updates. Be prepared, as with most software, to help your client.

**What problems is VSee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Video chat with others who don't have Facetime or Skype. It's HIPAA compliant.

I like the video quality and that it can operate well will a smaller bandwidth

Every once in a while the audio skips, but the over-all quality of the audio is good

We are able to make secure international conference calls. Some countries are more closed off than other, and VSee allows us to do business with people in those countries
