Sometimes the inventory gets disorganized because the system duplicates equipment when there are changes in the system. This caused a failure in the automations. I am facing issues with the automation patching as many customers are requesting automated patching, but it remains manual. Even after completing manual patching, it does not reflect in the vRx console, which I believe is a developer issue. Additionally, when trying to fix patching for third-party apps with vRx, there is a connectivity problem that prevents it from proceeding, necessitating manual intervention. The only comment I would have been to add a feature that would automatically add our laptops that are in a work group to the asset group called work group.
