I am facing issues with the automation patching as many customers are requesting automated patching, but it remains manual. Even after completing manual patching, it does not reflect in the vRx console, which I believe is a developer issue. Additionally, when trying to fix patching for third-party apps with vRx, there is a connectivity problem that prevents it from proceeding, necessitating manual intervention. Vicarius allows you to perform tasks that are very operational, such as executing scripts to validate disk space, clean temporary files, install applications, etc., which would be complicated to perform one by one in organizations with a large number of devices.
