Automates patching which lets me spend time on more value added tasks. It's very easy to use and the support is very good. I really appreciate using vRx by Vicarius for comprehensive vulnerability and patch management across our environment, as it automatically identifies vulnerabilities and aids in remediation, which reduces manual effort. The continuous scanning and automated patch deployment for both OS and third-party apps is incredibly valuable. I enjoy having real-time visibility on the dashboard, which allows me to quickly find vulnerabilities and assess risk levels across our systems. I am facing issues with the automation patching as many customers are requesting automated patching, but it remains manual. Even after completing manual patching, it does not reflect in the vRx console, which I believe is a developer issue. Additionally, when trying to fix patching for third-party apps with vRx, there is a connectivity problem that prevents it from proceeding, necessitating manual intervention.
