What do you like best about Voxxify?

Voxxify is an exceptional tool for CIOs and stakeholders to gather real insights on what is happening within their organisation. It can be quickly onboarded and deployed to capture the sentiment of end users, providing valuable insights into what is and isn’t working well for employees. This tool is excellent for demonstrating IT value to the business by initially benchmarking and showing improvements through continuous measurement.

The data provided by Voxxify is invaluable, offering insights from the end users’ perspective rather than relying on telemetry to measure device experience. Often, deploying telemetry can be delayed due to security concerns and requirements. The real advantage of Voxxify is that it is agentless, quick to deploy, and can gather results within a week. What do you dislike about Voxxify?

What problems is Voxxify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gives real insights in what is working or not for my customers (employees) in a very short space of time (1 week). Allows me to continually measure to ensure what we are doing is impactful to the users in a postitive way, measure the value of I.T. within our business, cutting costs and it is not disruptive to the end users. What do you like best about Voxxify?

So there is 2 elements for me here. One is the team at Voxxify, their experience and knowledge is immence and amazing to see and hear. They so confidently deliver their offering leaving you in no doubt that the survey you are going to deploy is right on point, and then the results you are looking at afterwards are exactly the right level of information you need, but its their experience that helps to then validiate the results so you can understand the information reletive to other scenarios. Two is the product itself. Super fast, super clear and easy to navigate and brilliant to generate the right type of reports for every audience that you may need to present too. Exec reports are a breeze and can be delivered super fast in a way that anyone in the room will clearly understand the message that is going to be delivered. What do you dislike about Voxxify?

Its easy to say nothing here to satisfy clearing a mandatory field, but I can genuinely say that in my experience so far, having been a customer of multiple survey runs, I have yet to find anything I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Voxxify solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used the survey to understand the honest satisfaction rating of our team, to understand if we had burning issues that the rumour mill lead us to believe and to get an indication if there was anything there that we just didn't know about. On the second round, we then tried to identify if any of the changes we had made had an impact which was brilliant to see. The survey also helped us to increase morale in the team, as IT Teams quite often get left out of the limelight and only step in when there is a crisis, so that was great for the team.
