Volunteers for salesforce is good for small operations as its easy to go in to the platform and see who is signed up for something and communicate with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Volunteers for Salesforce? The platform is not at all user friendly and requires a lot of hours just to learn, which is a problem if you are working with a non-profit. Web integration is also very tough and requires you to link off-site, which is also an issue when you want to keep people on your site.
