What do you like best about Volunteer Tracker?

I love how training certificates can be uploaded and stored for the future and how it automatically sends out reminders. Our clients have found this SO MUCH EASIER for everyone to get the training and get cleared in one place. Managers love it too because they can see if their staff members are compliant instead of receiving nagging emails from me every day. It's really a set it up and forget it. What do you dislike about Volunteer Tracker?

I would like to see the option to email volunteers straight from the app (other than just when a cert is rejected). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Volunteer Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

VT solves every problem we've had, from constantly having to email people with links, creating and updating spreadsheets, saving certs on a share drive, sending reminders, storing contact info, and notifying manager that their team staff is not compliant every few days.
