What problems is Volunteer Impact by Better Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reporting - this has changed our accuracy on volunteer hours reporting. Tracking how many hours we have had with volunteers working has made it really helpful. Volunteer Impact by Better Impact has grown with our charity since COVID being able to search for volunteer profiles, add special events and let the volunteers sign up or out means a lot of it takes care of itself. The only thing that is lacking currently is a 'chat' style system to allow for volunteers to communicate within the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Communicating with and better coordinating our volunteers and events was a major issue that has been mostly solved through the use of Volunteer Impact.
