The emails sound polished, but sometimes they lack a personal touch or don't match exactly how i would naturally write. Another issue is accuracy of intent. if you just say a few words. the AI might misunderstand the context and generate something slightly off, so you still have to review and edit before sending. **What problems is VoiceType solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tools are mainly solving the problem of time and effort in writing good emails. Normally, you have to think about wording, structure, tone, and grammar, which takes time and mental energy. with this, you just say a few points and it turns them into a proper, well-written email. ### 2.
