I requested a refund because I couldn’t even use the service during the first week—and still had to wait around for a response. On one occasion, the embedded form didn’t load at all and I had to ask my client to reload it manually. It was painfully slow. Once inside the platform, everything feels heavy and sluggish—it doesn't feel like a product that's built for smooth or efficient workflows.
This feels like a small startup that doesn’t yet have the muscle or maturity to deliver a reliable product. Naomi was the only redeeming part of the experience—she tried to help—but overall, I wouldn't recommend Voiceform for serious projects. I genuinely wanted to use their API, but the execution just isn't there. For the price, you’re far better off building your own solution using tools like ElevenLabs—faster, cheaper, and more powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
