**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

The idea is interesting and the voice-first approach could have value in very specific use cases. It caught my attention as a unique concept, so I decided to give it a try.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

I requested a refund because I couldn’t even use the service during the first week—and still had to wait around for a response. On one occasion, the embedded form didn’t load at all and I had to ask my client to reload it manually. It was painfully slow. Once inside the platform, everything feels heavy and sluggish—it doesn't feel like a product that's built for smooth or efficient workflows.

This feels like a small startup that doesn’t yet have the muscle or maturity to deliver a reliable product. Naomi was the only redeeming part of the experience—she tried to help—but overall, I wouldn't recommend Voiceform for serious projects. I genuinely wanted to use their API, but the execution just isn't there. For the price, you’re far better off building your own solution using tools like ElevenLabs—faster, cheaper, and more powerful.

**What problems is Voiceform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Voiceform attempts to simplify data collection through voice-based forms, which could be useful for making surveys more accessible or reducing form fatigue. However, in my case, the benefits were minimal due to poor performance, slow load times, and unreliable embeds. I saw potential in using their API to streamline voice input for onboarding processes, but the execution didn’t support real use.

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

Using Voiceform has allowed us to collect responses in a way that feels designed for our students, not just something that’s “accessible” as an afterthought. It’s a platform that’s not just usable for everyone but it feels as though it was built specifically with neurodivergent people in mind.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

I am still learning more about the best way to get our Voiceform data into our Salesforce environment!

**What problems is Voiceform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a long time, our organization relied on standard survey platforms, but we quickly realized they were lacking in accessibility features - something that's crucial for us, given our mission. Many of the platforms out there weren’t designed to cater to people who learn differently, especially those who need auditory support or prefer to respond by voice. Most surveys only offered text-based questions and written answers, which again, just didn’t meet the needs of our audience. We were really looking for something more inclusive.

Voiceform has solved a major pain point for us by giving us an accessible and interactive way to collect data - especially rich, qualitative data that's more meaningful to our work. The ability to have students/ young adults record their responses via voice has been huge. We’ve seen how empowering it is for neurodivergent students - many of whom are 10 to 12 years old, dyslexic, autistic, or have other learning differences. For these students, filling out a traditional survey with text and dropdowns can be a real barrier, but with Voiceform, we’ve made surveys feel accessible, even fun.

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

What I loved most about Voiceform was being able to create a survey, generate a link, and share it with individuals I was interested in interviewing, without having to individually schedule video calls with them in order to gather information for my research study. This was such an incredible service and a huge time savings! Especially when the population you're seeking to interview are busy professionals! Additionally, Philip, the CEO, has the BEST customer service of any software company I've ever dealt with.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

The only potential downside is that individuals may be a bit apprehensive about utilizing new software. So depending on your audience, it may take some coaching in that aspect.

**What problems is Voiceform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of needing to collect interview data but not having enough time to schedule individual interviews with potential participants.

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

I've been a long-time user of voiceform.com. We've employed it for hiring, gathering client feedback, enrolling new clients, and what's truly impressive is their consistent updates and new features. They genuinely value client feedback and suggestions. I highly recommend it; I've praised it to my clients and continue to use it as it keeps improving daily.

It surpasses Google Forms and TypeForm in functionality, offering a simpler and more user-friendly interface. Creating live forms is quick and easy with VoiceForm.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

Several functionalities were missing from the package, and currently, we cannot invest in those addons. Nevertheless, the existing features we utilize are outstanding and align well with our current plan.

Voiceform.com forms assist us in gathering insightful feedback from our team and clients, while also attracting new clients. This all-in-one tool is user-friendly, requiring no training for any team member to utilize effectively.

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

Our team loves that Voiceform gives respondents an option to orally share their responses or handwrite their responses. The optionality is refreshing.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

We are glad they added a "matrix" style question format for Likert scale questions. However, the data export to Excel of these matrix questions needed more cleaning than other survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics).

**What problems is Voiceform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us boost response rate but giving respondents options to use their voice (which many find easier and quicker than typing their thoughts).

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

Best way to describe it:  Your grandpa used survey monkey while modern innovative leaders of the future use Voiceform. 
 Customers across the board are inundated with request to give feedback or fill out surveys.  But voiceform meets the customers where they are and allows for new and innovative ways to capture feedback from the most important customers.  Getting customers to interact and engage with surveys has always been a challenge, and voiceform increases user engagement, with higher and more impactful survey results and ultimately driving better relationships with customers cause they feel like they are being heard.  Inviting our customers to be part of our organization improvements has lead to higher trust and loyalty.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

As Voiceform gets more and more clients and more and more data, they will turn their data analytics to data insights and recommendations.  Loads of great data analytics on the platform, but the next step is to turn them into risk alerts or specific actions/initiatives around a certain population of surveying customers.

**What problems is Voiceform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Higher engagement and higher survey response.  Customers appreciate the look and feel of the tool, which altimately leads to higher and more quality responses.

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

I don't use VoiceForm for surveys, but for speaking exercises in public speaking lessons. My students are presented with professionally spoken sections of text that they have to repeat. The aim is to imitate/copy intonation, pace of speech etc. VoiceForm is ideal for this purpose. The exercises are very easy to create. The user interface is well structured and self-explanatory. There are also many configuration options. The support team responds extremely fast and competently. So far I have received a helpful answer within an hour. Great! I use VoiceForm regularly and can well imagine further voice-based practice scenarios for students - not only in rhetoric.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

I haven't had any problems with VoiceForm so far. I also don't have any ideas for improvements at the moment.

I wish we could listen to the submission on our phones. We got an email notification but had to use our laptop to hear the voice memo. It would be much more convenient to listen from our phones during our event.

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

I've been doing qualitative customer discovery interviews for a long time and have always believed that that's where the gold nuggets of insight are. 

So, having the ability to scale up that capability with voice form, especially the AI-powered follow-up questions, has been incredible. 

It allows people to have less of a burden in responding while also being able to capture extremely rich data at a low cost and super quickly. 

I couldn't recommend this product highly enough and I'm looking forward to how the team continues to improve it.

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

What iIlike the most about voiceform is that it has an excellent UI that makes building and duplicating survey settings extremely easy. The team over at voiceform provides worldclass support, their people have deep knowledge on their product and can work with you on optimizing for your use case. It also has excellent integration options, and can plug and play in Zapier which makes the barriers to entry for using the transcription data generated in the platform very low. Also voiceform has sentiment scoring outputs through their API, which is very handy. Supports different levels of users, has the option to set controls via teams, and of course, they are always innovating on features, which makes for a really good value prop.  All in all a very solid product that I anticipate growing immensely over the next 3 years.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

The only thing is that it's a relatively new medium, so sometimes takes some more "getting comfortable"  time for clients.

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

Voiceform is an easy to use feedback tool that will help your business reorient and grow based on client feedback. Customer support is available and responsive. The product is easy to use and implement into ones business systems. I have loved the choice to get feedback in written and audio format.  But coming soon will be a real game changer...they are adding video uploads and recording as a third option.  It just became available as a single question option but once it advances to being not just a single question option but a choice of written, audio, and/or video on every question, that will take this incredible product to the next level.

Nothing wrong. Always improving their product.

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

The easy to use fuction of the software. This has meant that i have been able to seamlessly create a bank of questions which has allowed participants to be able to voice record their responses. The software itself has been ideal in terms of being able to transcribe the data and create themes for the qualitative data collected. Equally in order to gather and interpret quantitative data it has meant that there has been the ability to add the additional data in.

there are no real downsides in terms of the software - you need to be clear in the features of the buttons and when and how long to hold the record options for however the software is easy for both participant and researcher.

the voiceform is allowing for the ability of participants having the option to be able to expand on their answers and to not be able to be restricted by the barrier of typing their thoughts and opinions.

I came across Voiceform through the interview process for my MA project. I was looking for a platform that can accommodate me with a remote interview. Apparently, voiceform has done the job quite well to a certain level. It's able to provide me and my interviewee a decent features from link attachment, voice recording and typing options. also it's simple and quick. in overall, I'm quite please with the site and thank you for their openminded attitude of collaboration with students as well.

Even though Voiceform had provided me lots of shortcuts for interviewing amount of clients. However, there are some points I'd like them to improve in terms of bug (some of my interviewees can't record their answer or the site won't progress) also they should have had a feature for the consent form which is a quintessential part of the interview or survey.

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

Voiceform, to my knowledge, is the only survey platform out there that allows for people to submit audio responses! It is a fantastic interface as a survey respondent—very visually clean and easy to navigate. I love how survey respondents can toggle between the choice to type or record responses. It is also super easy for the survey designer to insert a video at the beginning of the survey (or at any point throughout). This 'touch' point makes the survey much more engaging and personable. I highly recommend this tool.

Voiceform, as a company, is also truly motivated to put out the best product possible and engage with their customers. They are welcoming and do implement suggestions. They are warm, receptive, and knowledgeable. I'm impressed with their customer service and it truly makes it a smooth experience. Thank you!!

There really aren't any downsides of using Voiceform. I accomplished everything I needed to with Voiceform.

Voiceform allows you more options to connect with study participants for a more engaging and fun survey experience. 

You can record your voice, include a video, or simply use text. For participants, the audio or text options are flexible and engaging.

It's got great options for offering survey respondents avenues for audio and video feedback.

I couldn't signup and access the paid features via self-service. This hindered my progress a little when getting started outside of business hours. Surprisingly, the staff responded to my emails 7 days a week which was an unexpected surprise.

Voiceform survey responses reveal the human behind the response. It can be powerful to hear and/or see the respondent.

There wasn't anything that we disliked about the platform. It is an constantly developing platform. The team at Voiceform are very receptive to feedback and in our case were very willing to accomodate where possible.

We used Voiceform for research purposes and we found that the accessibility that Voiceform offers makes it a more inclusive platform that is user friendly for participants of all capacities.

The capabilities of the software for personalaised engagment are brilliant. 

We currently use the software in 4 different process and are looking to extend this to 7 over the next quarter.

The product is fairly new so some features can be a little clunky but don't let this stop you. The team and super responsive and are always quick to answer questions or resolve any issues.

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

I'm a research using mostly survey methods for data colelction, and voiceform really complements this in a novel way. It just offers a new, easy path to collect more qualitative data. You know what I mean if you ever tried asking an open question in a survey... people just don't type anything into the boxes (and those few that will will actually introduce some sampling bias).

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

As I said, it is great because it adds one distinctive feature and that is great. But it does not offer much more than that at the moment. This is not a huge problem because you can think of some weak forms of integration, but it takes some playing around. This certainly does not work flawlessly at the moment. Standalone it is quite limited (which is of no concern for me).

Getting answers on open questions (that is, actual responses). I am currently leading a scientific study on this to see also whether the quality improves (e.g., people say MORE about some subject).

**What do you like best about Voiceform?**

I love what Voice Form does -- allowing respondents to answer questions by recording and uploading audio. This has been really useful for me as a coach and HR consultant. I'm a one-person show juggling tons of clients, so when it's time for me to do individual interviews or focus groups, trying to find times that mutually work for me and my clients is a nightmare. Voice Form solves this problem: I essentially can do an interview asynchronously by allowing respondents to answer my questions using this tool. I can then schedule a short follow up call if I need to probe deeper or clarify anything. The support team is also responsive. I had an urgent need yesterday and one of their reps responded to me in less than 15 minutes. I was blown away.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

I had a few technical glitches early on in my use of the product, but support was helpful. These are the things I experienced:
1. Transcription sometimes not working or being more inaccurate than its competitors.
2. Duplicate responses generated whenever someone answered a question. 
3. Duplicating a survey did not work.
4. Sentiment analysis was not helpful during those times when transcription was inaccurate.

**What problems is Voiceform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to conduct asynchronous interviews, which is a major timesaver as a consultant. This saves time for me and my clients and eliminates the need to coordinate calendars with others.

There isn't much to dislike.  Translation would be handy as we navigate English, French, and Spanish.  An app for mobile access would be beneficial as well.

We hire, train and support telemarketers, appointment setters, lead generators, and customer service personnel on behalf of ourselves and our clients; - and we employ A LOT of them.  GONE are the days of resumes, and having to read them. Instead, we LISTEN to our applicants. as they answer a series of "what if" questions.  We also LISTEN to our prospective clients, as they answer a series of questions we ask about their needs.  This allows us to tailor a solution that fit's their exact requirements PRIOR to our first contact with them.  It's too early to tell, but I can foresee this product eliminating about 20 hours per week of HR tasks, while providing a BETTER result.

Voiceform caught my attention as the idea of speaking rather than typing seemed an excellent way to complete a form without putting it off until later (I don’t know about you, but I have many tabs open of forms I still need to complete :). By hearing someone's voice it personlizes the interaction, and can help create a human bond quicker. And it allows your personality to shine as people can hear you asking the question. With so many video tools available, it's great to have an audio-focused tool, that now includes the ability for someone to respond by text.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

I find that some font sizes inside the app are a bit small (where's not all in our 20's with 20:20 vision). I'd like them to add webhooks so we can connect to our CRM. Also, I’m not sure if you can limit the length of how long someone has to send a voice message, but this would be a good feature to add.

Voiceform is your ticket to stand out from the crowd and make your forms personal. It works directly in the browser, so it's easy for your customers to use.

Then play audio on the show before answering.  (2)  Doing live videos - have a voice form where live listeners can ask questions. Then stream their question live before responding  (3) When students have completed a task in my program, they can give feedback on how it went and any challenges they had  (4) student/customer support tickets (5) A way to personalize and humanize a form.

I found Voiceform very ease to setup and use. I was able to set up my first survey while delivering an online event; it required less than 10 minutes. 
I have a small business with no employees, so this proves very useful to me for getting feedback on customer satisfaction, endorsements and testimonials without investing a lot of time and effort.

The product is still young, but it's developing and there's not much that I disliked. Actually I love it.

They are happy to answer the questions by speaking to their device, because it really requires them a couple of minutes. Ever had to ask a question and had to wait for people's response? Well, Voiceform changes the traditional way and is the tool every business should use. The tool can be used to collect answers in audio format.  In a business world where conversations with clients are so important, it is important that your survey is relevant, easy to use, and most importantly, easy to collect responses.

Part of my job is to interview people and Voiceform has been an extremely valuable experience for me. 
In fact, It's given me back quality family time as I'm no longer needing to play phone tags with clients, or schedule late evening calls to interview people overseas. Voiceform allows me to collect responses to questions that would typically be an hour long interview, at any time of the day. Responders can record their audio responses or type their responses, the audio recording and the transcription is automatically stored for me to review at a time of my convenience. 

Transcriptions are available in 12 different languages. This is handy for me as I interview people in three different languages. The transcribed results are quite accurate. Now I can just take the transcription, and paste it straight into my report without needing to rewrite much. 

Voiceform team is absolutely amazing. I wrote a huge list of questions and feature requests and was pleasantly surprised by their immediate response. They are open and responsive and even wrote back a week later to follow up with updates on my requests.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

Please consider adding the follow (Yes, I have more feature requests):
- Please consider adding ability to translate transcriptions
- Please consider adding more languages (especially Cantonese for me)
- Please send email notification so I know form responses had been submitted.

Other much important requests (which I know are coming)
- Automatic saving of responses so responders can return to form at a later point
- Custom domain so the form can be sent out using my own domain. (Promotes trust)

**What problems is Voiceform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find listening to the questions and responses to them to be the most effective way of learning about my clients. Of course, we could have asked them to type up their responses, but we have found that collecting audio responses helps our users answer the survey faster and with less abandonment. This is most apparent in surveys that are long, where typing up answers can take more than half an hour (!) and can result in survey fatigue.  Verbal responses are also more detailed than written, and the sentiment of the responses are automatically analysed by Voiceform too.

Traditional methods may be to send online forms or call clients as they are out and about. But, this tends to produce delays in getting responses. If you take the time to collect your survey answers in audio format, you don't need to wait for respondents to return your calls or complete your survey forms. You can now collect the answers you need in a few minutes without interrupting their day. Just plain brilliant and hence why Voiceform is now my favourite tool!

The best thing about Voiceform is that it's independent of anything else. The receiver doesn't have to make and account or download a piece of software. They can get a link on their computer or a text message and just fill it out. I like that the user has the opportunity to just record or type if they really don't want to use their voice. However just being able to talk their thoughts out is awesome and a little more free flowing.

**What do you dislike about Voiceform?**

It's not a dislike, but with all software, especially new software there are going to be glitches. We found one and notified the company and they have excellent customer service. I was in contact with someone right away and they've kept me updated throughout the fix. For me glitches are going to happen even with the best piece of software.

I wish there were more options for follow up questions, but in time those will come. I'm a fan of jumping in at the "beginning" knowing all the features might not be there today. It will be there in time.

Right now I'm looking at a what to collect data, micro stories to be exact from participants. A personal story is so much more impactful than a survey and shared personal facts and considerations a survey can't. Asking someone to type have been highly inconvenient and transcribing and organizing individual interviews is a hard and long process. Plus we have to do the interview in person. With voiceform we are looking at collecting smaller pieces more of then and having everything in one place and transcribed is great.
