"Intuitive Visual Designer That Speeds Up Conversational AI Development"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

What I like most about Voiceflow is its intuitive visual interface for designing conversational AI. It makes it easy to create, test, and iterate on chatbots and voice assistants without getting bogged down in complex code, while still supporting advanced integrations when needed.Drag-and-drop conversation builder that's easy to learn and use. Smooth integration with LLMs, APIs, and external knowledge bases. Built-in collaboration features for designers, developers, and product teams. Interactive testing and debugging tools that speed up development. Support for creating both chat-based and voice-based AI experiences. For me, the most valuable feature is the visual conversation designer. It allows me to map out complex user journeys, refine conversation logic, and quickly test changes, making development much faster than coding every interaction manually. The biggest benefit is improved development speed. Voiceflow helps me prototype and deploy conversational AI applications more efficiently, enabling faster iteration and better collaboration across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

The biggest drawback is scalability of conversation management. Once a project includes dozens of intents, integrations, and decision branches, organizing and maintaining the workflow becomes more challenging than I'd like. Managing large conversation flows can become difficult as projects grow in complexity. Some advanced customization requires external APIs or custom code, which reduces the no-code experience. "Effortless Agent Building with Fair Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

I like the simplicity and ease of using the drag-and-drop canvas for building agents in Voiceflow. The canvas is straightforward and makes the testing process smooth as you can easily see the flow of conversation and how the requests are processed by the agents. Another thing I appreciate is the recent pricing model changes, which make it clearer to evaluate my usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

I would like if Voiceflow would add more seats for the pricing. Currently, they're only issuing two seats for the lowest price of $60. I'd like if they could add more seats, maybe around four or five, so if I have a few people in my team, it would be easier. If I have five seats, it would be easier because I can have two people managing two bots or two people managing at least four bots. They can add more seats for that price of $60. "Easy Visual Chatbot Builder That Makes Client Flows Clear"
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

What I like best about Voiceflow is how easy it makes building conversational flows, even if you’re not deeply technical. I used it for a client project where we needed to design a simple chatbot flow, and the visual builder really helped me map everything clearly. Instead of writing complex code, I could just drag, connect, and organize the conversation step by step. It made it easier to explain the flow to my client as well, because everything was visible and structured. Testing the conversation inside the platform also saved time, since I could quickly see where changes were needed. For client work, that clarity and flexibility made a big difference. What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

One thing I found slightly challenging with Voiceflow was the learning curve in the beginning. Even though the interface is visual, understanding how different blocks connect and how logic works took me some time, especially when handling conditions and variables for a client project. Also, when making small changes in a bigger flow, sometimes I had to go back and double check multiple steps to make sure nothing broke. It’s manageable, but it can feel a bit overwhelming if the project grows larger. Apart from that, my experience has been good, but improving simplicity for more complex flows would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive No-Code Platform with Outstanding Support, But USD Pricing for Canadians UGH"
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

I love the no code building they offer.

Each step/action has its own features which make the build so much more intuitive. For example the amount of things you can do with just the agent step alone is astounding.

I found connecting apps and functions was incredibly easy to undersatnd and figure out. For those more difficult implementations they have Tico and great documentation..

That being said. If your still having issues, the devs host weekly office hours and are more than willing to help. I have no code experience and was still able to utilize webhooks and api calls without issue.

I started using the platform in January and have made it a key piece of my tech stack since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

The only thing I personally dislike about VF is that im a canadian company (so are they) but i need to pay my subscription in USD.. other than that i have no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, No-Code Platform with Powerful Customization Options"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

What I appreciate most about Voiceflow is its user-friendly design and the wide range of options it offers for customizing your AI agent. The platform allows me to design, prototype, and test conversational flows without any need for coding, making it accessible for both technical and non-technical users. I created an agent for my team to help our audience learn more about us, and the process was very easy and straightforward, all without writing a single line of code. Although I am a programmer and coding is not an issue for me, I like that this approach opens the door for anyone to try it out. The drag-and-drop interface is especially clean, allowing me to clearly visualize how my chatbot will interact with users at each step. I also value the integration features, such as the ability to connect APIs and manage variables with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

I wish the free trial period were a bit longer, as it currently lasts less than 14 days. I also think the premium prices could be more affordable, which would make it easier for new startups to use this service. Additionally, I found the integration between the knowledge base and the agent somewhat challenging, at least in my experience, so I would have appreciated more detailed instructions. "An Incredible Platform for Building Smart, Scalable AI Assistants!"
5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

What I like best about Voiceflow is how incredibly intuitive and flexible it is! The visual flow builder makes it so easy to design complex conversational experiences without feeling overwhelmed. I love how I can quickly prototype, test, and deploy both voice and chat assistants all in one place. Plus, the integration options and Function blocks give me the power to connect with APIs and create truly intelligent assistants. It feels like the perfect balance between no-code simplicity and developer-level control — and the team and community support are absolutely amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike about Voiceflow — it’s been an amazing platform overall! If I had to pick something, I’d say that sometimes complex projects can take a moment to load, or I’d love to see even more built-in integrations in the future. But these are very minor things compared to how powerful and user-friendly the platform is. The Voiceflow team keeps improving it constantly, so even the small hiccups don’t last long! "Powerful Visual AI Voice Agent Builder"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

The drag and drop visual interface is the thing I like the most it makes building the complex conversational voice agents very fast and efficient. It has so many options for integrations with different tools for CRMS, e-commerce platforms and apps so that we can easily use it in existing systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

The documentation is not informative , we need to figure out a lot of things ourself before building Agents. And human in loop feature is not there which is very much required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful and intuitive tool for building real conversational experiences"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

What I love most about Voiceflow is how intuitive and flexible it is.

It allows me to design complex conversational experiences visually, while still having full control through logic, variables, APIs, and JavaScript blocks.

The interface is clean, easy to use, and makes it fast to build and iterate on chatbot projects for clients, even large ones.

It’s the perfect balance between simplicity and power, making it ideal for both beginners and professionals. And very easy to implement on a website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

One thing that’s still missing is the ability to handle more advanced conversation management.

For example, we can’t yet attach or send files inside conversations, or transfer an ongoing chat to another user or agent directly within the interface.

Having a built-in system for team collaboration and conversation transfer would make it even more complete for professional use. Need still the use of meta intégration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Intuitive and Powerful Platform for Building Conversational Experiences"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

What I appreciate most about Voiceflow is how intuitive and well-organized the platform feels. It streamlines the process of designing, testing, and deploying conversational AI projects, making even complex workflows manageable. The drag-and-drop interface, paired with the option for code integration, strikes an excellent balance between user-friendliness and technical capability. Setting up projects is straightforward, and the documentation along with the support resources are both clear and current. I also value the collaborative tools, which make it easy to work alongside non-technical colleagues and iterate efficiently. The extensive range of built-in features and integrations is impressive, enabling me to connect with APIs, databases, and other external services with very little hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

While Voiceflow is highly user-friendly, there are still some advanced features that necessitate manual workarounds or the use of external integrations to achieve complete customization. Managing complex logic or larger projects can sometimes become challenging from a visual standpoint. Furthermore, although customer support is responsive, having more real-time assistance or more comprehensive technical documentation would be especially helpful for developers working on enterprise-level solutions. Despite these minor issues, they are outweighed by Voiceflow’s overall usability, flexibility, and reliable performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Design and Fast Iteration, But Scalability Needs Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Voiceflow?

What I like most about Voiceflow is how simple yet powerful it is to design conversational agents. The drag-and-drop interface makes even complex logic feel visual and easy to manage, and the ability to test flows instantly speeds up iteration. Also, Customer support is top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

The main challenge is with integrations and scalability. When flows get very large, the workspace can feel a bit cluttered, and debugging complex paths takes extra time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
