It is a sort of building block and allows datacenters with various scalability access and features **What do you dislike about VMware HCI Software?** There is nothing to be disliked about it though it is less famous and is used by less organizations and also its implementation is less convinient as compared to the other solutions owned by different organizations **What problems is VMware HCI Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Almost our end to end architecture is depending on VMWare HCI software as our networks and compute have its implementation being accessed in real world scenario. ### 2. It has never just closed out in the middle of working on something. I am able to access all needs through the software and the agency is able to monitor and place safety precautions into the software to keep the information safe. Utilizing VMware for obtaining and documenting client notes provides the agency with confidence that client information is safe. **What do you dislike about VMware HCI Software?** What i have found the most challenging is using Zoom or other virtual meeting options through VMware. The video doesn't come through clear and the audio it's great. Everyone at the agency uses their home server to connect for virtual meetings. Being able to remain in VMware while in a zoom meeting would be more helpful then having to go back and forth. **What problems is VMware HCI Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and many have been forced to work remotely, a reliable software system that keeps information safe and protected is critical. This simplifies the process of troubleshooting system problems because it means that my office has physical custody of the machine I"m running on which would remove the need to bring my computer to the office for troubleshooting. **What do you dislike about VMware HCI Software?** Since our company runs a couple of programs on the local computer and the rest through VMware it makes it difficult to take advantage of the ability to run VMware accross 2 monitors.
