The docs are well written which makes the migration really easy and I was able to do it on the first day. The team has been really helpful and responsive as well. I also really like the fact that they focus on developer experience as well as a nice looking (and also themable!) UI. It was a pleasent experience to integrate it which is really important to me as a developer. **What do you dislike about Vizzly?** The only thing which worried me a bit in the beginning was the fact that there was no pricing upfront on their website, but I guess it makes sense to they can do the best pricing for each usecase **What problems is Vizzly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted to have an integrated analytics dashboard in my SaaS. We built a solution ourselves beforehand but it wasn't really easily extensible and cost quite some money to maintain and add features. Vizzly just offered all the things we already had + many more features. And with the theming I was also able to make it look like our own ### 2. We’re a small team so need to ensure we use our developer hours carefully. Vizzly gave an enterprise-grade reporting capability with only 1-2 days of eng input. We had custom reporting in our app up and running in a short period of time. You can also self-host the query engine, so no data ever leaves your server. This is great for us, considering the data we handle is highly sensitive. **What do you dislike about Vizzly?** Docs can be hard to follow at times but the general dev experience is solid. **What problems is Vizzly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We offer custom reports inside our SaaS app, Vizzly gives this to us out-of-the-box with minimal setup needed, while keeping our data highly secure. The Theme API means we can make this look and feel just like our design system - a big sticking point for me and my frontend developer. **What do you dislike about Vizzly?** There’s not ETL at the moment - data needs to be in a good shape going in. **What problems is Vizzly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Needed a simple way of getting up and running with an analytics dashboard that didn’t compromise the rest of my product from a UX or UI point of view. It's amazing how much customization is included, and how novel the approach is to the problem. The fact that customers can pick and choose their own metrics to display will also surely be a game changer down the line, but it's also awesome to be able to provide templates out of the box (optionality can be troublesome at times!) **What do you dislike about Vizzly?** None worth mentioning - it was easy to set up, and the team behind it is rock-solid, and always ready to help out & provide amazing customer support to all users. **What problems is Vizzly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting user-friendly visualizations of various usage metrics for our API. It's really helpful not having to build these ourselves, and instead using Vizzly to make our lives easier, but also letting our customers pick what usage metrics they want to visualize ### 6. With the Vizzly CLI, it was also super easy to get setup. They’ve built with developers in mind - our eng team enjoyed the experience. Also, shout out to the Vizzly team, the speed of support is impressive. **What do you dislike about Vizzly?** - Nothing I dislike about Vizzly so far. **What problems is Vizzly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to build a reporting capability for our customers. We had a couple feature requests, but the team are working on it. **What problems is Vizzly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’ve worked in B2B SaaS for years using tools like Tableau, PowerBI and Sisense for embedded analytics. The products super extensible so we have total control over the user interface and experience. We were thinking about building in-house instead of using an embedded analytics solution, but Vizzly offers the perfect middle ground. **What do you dislike about Vizzly?** There's been no issues so far. It does require some dev input to get setup though! **What problems is Vizzly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Despite reducing the need for engineering input, our users are now able to edit existing dashboards or create their own completely from scratch.
