Vizzly is just incredibly easy to setup. The docs are well written which makes the migration really easy and I was able to do it on the first day. The team has been really helpful and responsive as well.

The only thing which worried me a bit in the beginning was the fact that there was no pricing upfront on their website, but I guess it makes sense to they can do the best pricing for each usecase Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I absolutely love the ability to embed the dashboard as a React component and the remarkable extensibility it offers through code. The ease of integration was terrific. We had custom reporting in our app up and running in a short period of time. You can also self-host the query engine, so no data ever leaves your server. How easy it is to set up visualizations for our customers to understand their usage of the API. It's amazing how much customization is included, and how novel the approach is to the problem. The fact that customers can pick and choose their own metrics to display will also surely be a game changer down the line, but it's also awesome to be able to provide templates out of the box (optionality can be troublesome at times!)
