What do you like best about Vivideo?

It saved me a lot of work and the result was better than expected after paying for the service, even though it is not perfect. I like the ease of working with the tool, and the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vivideo?

The issue of costs, since it was required to pay for the service that was supposedly completely free. It would be better to have more accessible costs, like a charge of 2 dollars for a 1-day session, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an easy to use interface, but the output was not as expected, and the customer service was a disaster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vivideo?

Imagine ordering a sandwich, they it to you, you did not like its smell, so you complained gently. Their replied to you that the smell depend on many other factors, and they removed the sandwich and refused to refund! That what happened with me, I bought a Max subscription for a week (100 credits), I applied prompts reviewed by Perplexity AI for a long video creation, I received low quality output compared to other AI agents. I spent 36 credits but decided not to download the video, I sent a complain and asked to cancel my subscription, understanding that I still have the rest of the week. Their answer was (It is your fault and No to refund). Then they cancelled the remaining 64 credits! Astonishing! Not Recommended... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
