Let's be honest. Reporting in ServiceNow can be a bit of pain, and the charts provided out-of-the-box look very "Microsoft Office"-y. They also are not able to be included in the Service Portal. The reason I recommend VividCharts to a lot of customers is the ease-of-use to create charts, and the beautiful results. They have many different charting types available and can customize the color schemes to something that makes sense to your business. The ease of use factor with this product is amazing. There is a simple to use GUI for setting up different types of reports. Let me assure you, these reports look BEAUTIFUL!
