The Vitrium team helped us with integrating Vitrium with our Shopify site, and everything works extremely smoothly. I am very glad that we switched from our old DRM system to Vitrium. **What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?** I wish that there were a way to limit the number of prints allows, but I understand that this is a limitation of the fact that it has to use the windows/Mac print dialogues. **What problems is Vitrium Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** We sell digital books, and we want people to be able to view their books in a secure way. Vitrium has fixed that - now only the people I sell to can access my IP. Also, it was great to be able to provide product demonstrations - giving access to my content for a limited trial only. This is what happens when a user first opens the web viewer after a new release has come out, and is the reason you sometimes experience slower than normal loading times. When technical problems do occur the support team is quick to respond and resolve the issue (which isn't always on Vitrium's side, sometimes things change on our end due to software updates and Vitrium helps us locate and identify what we need to update to get things working again). **What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?** The primary challenge comes from end users not understanding how PDF files work when distributing protected PDF documents which isn't really a Vitrium issue. Otherwise I am happy with the document protection services working to meet my needs and the speedy response times from the support team when needed. **What problems is Vitrium Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to sell training documents in PDF format along with our physical copies of the books but wanted to prevent users from easily sharing the documents to non-customers.
