Vitrium has dramatically simplified our delivery of digital products to our customers. When customers order our digital books (through our Shopify website), orders are automatically fulfilled, and the transaction is completed! I love that Vitrium Systems is truly secure, allowing us to control the number of devices someone can use to view a video, the number of times they can watch it, and the period they have access. It's great that the video is watermarked to show who is watching it, and we can access statistics on who watched it, where, when, and how many times. Vitrium Systems is quite an expensive product, although it does come with many valuable features. The user interface could potentially be improved. The Vitrium administration platform is straightforward and easy to use. The only thing we’d like that we don’t have is the ability to save and share comments and annotations on the courseware.
