"Vitrium Made Shopify Digital Book Fulfillment Seamless"

What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

Vitrium has dramatically simplified our delivery of digital products to our customers. When customers order our digital books (through our Shopify website), orders are automatically fulfilled, and the transaction is completed! The Vitrium team helped us with integrating Vitrium with our Shopify site, and everything works extremely smoothly. I am very glad that we switched from our old DRM system to Vitrium. What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

I wish that there were a way to limit the number of prints allows, but I understand that this is a limitation of the fact that it has to use the windows/Mac print dialogues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vitrium Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

We sell digital books, and we want people to be able to view their books in a secure way. Vitrium allows us to do this in a much easier way than our prior solution, which required users to install software on their own computers. Regarding your comment about Vitrium's print limitations, I wish to clarify that we can control whether someone can print their content or not, and we can control print limits, but we cannot control the number of copies as you're right, we cannot control the specific settings within the browser's print dialog box. What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

I find Vitrium Systems to be easy to use and easy to manage. It's a great tool that's flexible to our needs, especially since we require document protection in different ways for various products. What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

I think it would be easier if the tool allowed for the downloading of the documents a little bit easier. Instead of making it all online, if there was a way for people to download it and make that easier than going to the website, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup and Always-Available Support"

Regarding your comment about how Vitrium couldn't work for your organization's subscription model, while our software does work for many subscription models, your feedback was specifically related to Vitrium's Corporate License Module and you are right, that feature currently doesn't work for Enterprise accounts that use our External Service feature. It was originally designed specifically for Pro Edition accounts. However, our R&D team are actively reviewing this feature to see how we can make it work with Enterprise accounts that integrate with our External Service module. Thank you for the feedback!

What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

We like Vitrium because it provides strong content protection while ensuring a smooth user experience for authorized customers. Its advanced encryption and DRM controls prevent unauthorized access, copying, and sharing, while dynamic watermarks discourage misuse. The detailed access controls allow us to restrict printing and screen capturing, giving us confidence that our courseware is secure. Overall, it offers the right balance of security and usability, making it a great choice for protecting our digital courseware.

The only thing we’d like that we don’t have is the ability to save and share comments and annotations on the courseware. This would be especially useful for trainers to provide feedback directly to publishers, helping improve course materials while keeping them secure. Also be sure to reach out to our support team so they can show you a demo of this new feature as there may be a different method if you're subscribed to Vitrium Enterprise Edition.

What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

I appreciate that our programs, which took years to develop, are both protected and easily accessible to our paying clients. The interactivity of our programs, including fillable documents with annotations, is fully supported by Vitrium. This functionality is crucial to our success.

What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

We have invested countless hours developing interactive leadership programs that were previously available only in printed form. Inevitably, someone would forget their printed materials at home and request a PDF copy. We couldn't safeguard our copyrights if we simply sent our hard work into the internet unprotected. Vitrium enables us to provide our programs to all customers while protecting them from misuse.

What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

I struggled to protect my IP, and was frequently approached by people saying "love your report" whom I hadn't sold my work to. Vitrium has fixed that - now only the people I sell to can access my IP.

Also, it was great to be able to provide product demonstrations - giving access to my content for a limited trial only.

What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

It's usually a simple whitelisting that their IT department needs to do for a specific port to allow Vitrium's authentication of a secure document to go through.
