"Reliable and Secure DRM for Protecting Courseware"

What do you like best about Vitrium Systems?

We like Vitrium because it provides strong content protection while ensuring a smooth user experience for authorized customers. Its advanced encryption and DRM controls prevent unauthorized access, copying, and sharing, while dynamic watermarks discourage misuse. The detailed access controls allow us to restrict printing and screen capturing, giving us confidence that our courseware is secure. Overall, it offers the right balance of security and usability, making it a great choice for protecting our digital courseware.

What do you dislike about Vitrium Systems?

The only thing we’d like that we don’t have is the ability to save and share comments and annotations on the courseware. This would be especially useful for trainers to provide feedback directly to publishers, helping improve course materials while keeping them secure. Vitrium Systems is solving the challenge of securely distributing digital courseware while ensuring ease of access for authorized users. It prevents unauthorized sharing, copying, and printing of our materials, protecting our intellectual property and the value of our courses. This benefits us by giving publishers confidence that their content is secure, allowing us to offer high-quality courseware without the risk of piracy. Regarding your comment about saving and sharing annotations on the courseware, we actually do have a new "annotation sharing" feature that you might not be aware of. We released this feature in 2023 and then released another update to it in 2024. You can more about it here: https://www.vitrium.com/blog/advanced-drm-software-annotation-sharing. Also be sure to reach out to our support team so they can show you a demo of this new feature as there may be a different method if you're subscribed to Vitrium Enterprise Edition.

Regarding your comment about how Vitrium couldn't work for your organization's subscription model, while our software does work for many subscription models, your feedback was specifically related to Vitrium's Corporate License Module and you are right, that feature currently doesn't work for Enterprise accounts that use our External Service feature. It was originally designed specifically for Pro Edition accounts. However, our R&D team are actively reviewing this feature to see how we can make it work with Enterprise accounts that integrate with our External Service module. Thank you for the feedback!
