We like Vitrium because it provides strong content protection while ensuring a smooth user experience for authorized customers. Its advanced encryption and DRM controls prevent unauthorized access, copying, and sharing, while dynamic watermarks discourage misuse. The detailed access controls allow us to restrict printing and screen capturing, giving us confidence that our courseware is secure. Overall, it offers the right balance of security and usability, making it a great choice for protecting our digital courseware.
Customer support has been great, and we found it relatively easy to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing we’d like that we don’t have is the ability to save and share comments and annotations on the courseware. This would be especially useful for trainers to provide feedback directly to publishers, helping improve course materials while keeping them secure. Other than that, we’re very happy with Vitrium’s protection and usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thank you for the wonderful review! We very much appreciate it. Regarding your comment about saving and sharing annotations on the courseware, we actually do have a new "annotation sharing" feature that you might not be aware of. We released this feature in 2023 and then released another update to it in 2024. You can more about it here: https://www.vitrium.com/blog/advanced-drm-software-annotation-sharing. Also be sure to reach out to our support team so they can show you a demo of this new feature as there may be a different method if you're subscribed to Vitrium Enterprise Edition.
