Implementation for a travel Agency. Good balance between setting up and configuration, flexibility. 

**What do you like best about Visual South?**

The intuitive nature of the system allows for new users to rapidly pick up the software and be productive. 

**What do you dislike about Visual South?**

Customer setup and documentation could be better.

**Recommendations to others considering Visual South:**

Improve the customer support
