"Visio clear and professional diagrams!"
What do you like best about Visio?

Visio makes creating clean, professional-looking diagrams incredibly easy. I use it for a wide range of tasks, including flowcharts, organizational charts, network maps, and floor plans. The interface is straightforward and responsive, and the variety of templates helps me get started quickly. Because it’s a Microsoft application, it integrates smoothly with other Microsoft tools, making it simple to share and update documents with coworkers. Overall, it’s my preferred choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visio?

Perhaps the price could be a concern. Additionally, some of the more advanced features may require a bit of time to master. However, overall, the experience remains straightforward and positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visio is good only if you hand to try your hands on otherwise there are many flaws in it."
What do you like best about Visio?

Best thing about Visio is its learning curve. It is easy to learn flowchart creation if any is new to creating flowchart. Its learning curve is not steep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visio?

Is it monotonous and it is not colorful and many important icon/symbols like database symbol and many other are paid, should be included in the free version.

It's user interface looks archaic as compared to Miro which looks new and lively.

There is no option of Artificial Intelligence (AI) where one can give text and on the basis of that AI can suggest which type of flow chart is good.

Also if flow chart in Visio is very big and we try to paste it in word file or in PPT then it becomes blur. So there should be an option pasting in word/ppt, so that even if it is small, it should not be blured.

Also the interface should be like all the options are visible to the one who is using it or atleast there should be some sort of small text or video for every option, so that if any new person is coming then he should know there itseld instead of experimenting with that. "Very Good Tool if you want to work on Diagrams and Flowcharts."
What do you like best about Visio?

Visio is a great tool for making complex flowcharts, Architecture Diagrams, technical Drawings, etc. It allows Office 365 integration and is easy to share with colleagues to work simultaneously. It can be a great tool for a versatile tool for professionals in various fields, including business, engineering, and IT. However, sometimes working together with colleagues there is always a delay in updating just like every other MS Office product. Visio provides extensive customization options, allowing users to create highly detailed and polished diagrams. Great to use for data linking, enabling users to create dynamic diagrams linked to external data sources such as Excel. Easy to use to create complex diagrams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visio?

Online Sharing and updates are sometimes unreliable, often leading to reworking diagrams again. Following version control from colleagues is a daunting task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
