I don't have to keep track of my hours. With everyone working from home past few months this has been amazing in keeping track of hours no more guessing or having to track down hours from employees. **What do you dislike about Virtual TimeClock?** I don't have any issues at this time there hasn't been anything I have came across that I don't like **Recommendations to others considering Virtual TimeClock:** The best part is your able to track employee hours when they are working from home as this is now how many people are working. **What problems is Virtual TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** I no longer have to turn in my hours worked outside of the office and then wait for them to be approved and get separate check for those hours. All hours worked are paid on time and on the same check. No loner have to say this was over time this was regular it has been a huge help as I also know I am being paid correctly. ### 2. I was able to download it and start using it. I really love that I can customize it to not allow employees to clock in too early too late. **What do you dislike about Virtual TimeClock?** I have not encountered any issues so far **What problems is Virtual TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** It can calculate PTO accrual so I don't not have to manually do it any longer. I also love all the admin features that it offers. I am able to hide the clock in and clock out times so any "time clock police" can't see other employees in or our time that day. It has taken care of the issue I was having with employees clocking in too early and eating breakfast on the clock. I have customized the clock in time so even if they clock in too early, it clocks them in at the time their shift statrs. ### 3. It is installed in my desktop and tablet so I am able to clock in or out on the road or while working from my office. **What do you dislike about Virtual TimeClock?** Timecards with Virtual Time Clock often do not show up when I go to print them. It may take multiple tries to get the document to appear and not be blank. **Recommendations to others considering Virtual TimeClock:** Try using Virtual Time Clock on the road to create more productive time for your role. Virtual time clock is easy to install on tablets and desktops. It has also been helpful to have virtual time clock in the break room to easily clock in and out around break/lunch time. **What problems is Virtual TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am now able to clock in or out on the road which is very important to my position and gives me extra time to visit clients without having to go back to the office to clock out. ### 4. It was a little hard to find where employees can check their hours however was found and not a problem **What problems is Virtual TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has allowed us to cut back on overtime as employees are now able to keep track of hours easily. If employee forgets to clock in our out it is very easy to login and fix. Saves time in many ways with this from adding new employees to system no paper for time card. No cards to keep track of that employees loose. ### 5. Very user friendly software that doesn't require any PHD to use from the employee end to the managers! **What do you dislike about Virtual TimeClock?** Does not auto update or auto upgrade. Requires manual interaction to do upgrades. They are easy to do but with several workstations it requires manual software upgrades. **What problems is Virtual TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Central time clock with multiple locations, every one knows who is clocked in and out. A clould version is in the works and this will better the software solution in the future. ### 6. It’s easy to simple and easy to use **Recommendations to others considering Virtual TimeClock:** No recommendations really. Virtual clock is simple, easy, and intuitive and exactly what we were looking for . **What problems is Virtual TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solved the problem of using a bad time management application to now using one that works for everyone and gets the job done. The benefits are simple, it’s easy to use and easy to understand, which is sometimes hard to do these days ### 7. When working away from the office I am able to clock in and out from the mobile app. **What do you dislike about Virtual TimeClock?** I have no complaints so far I like everything about it. **What problems is Virtual TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** I no longer have to keep track of hours worked out side of the office. It was always a pain to keep track of hours worked when not in office. Now I simply clock in using cell phone app and clock out when done. ### 8. It was solved on the newest version, though. **Recommendations to others considering Virtual TimeClock:** Absolutely worth the small investment to purchase and then maintain ongoing support licences. I would highly recommend the software if you currently use manual time cards or even another version of a time clock software. It's very simple and straightforward. It has a nice, clean interface and makes the clock in process simple and full-proof. **What do you dislike about Virtual TimeClock?** There isn't much I dislike. It does take some figuring out to see how many hours you've worked but once you know where it is, it isn't a problem. **What problems is Virtual TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me easily track student workers' hours.
