This helped us expand hiring and productivity improvements in the Internal IT team! **What do you dislike about Viio?** We joined when Viio was still fresh, so we were after a few extra features that weren't available yet. Once we were on top of our spend we found it hard to justify keeping the service, as much as it helped us and we have a great relationship with the team. **What problems is Viio solving and how is that benefiting you?** With some of the direct Google Suite connectors, we were able to get a great overview of what different SaaS apps we had - Once we could arrange our biggest uses to smallest, we had some surprising results on our actual usage on some tools compared to perceived usage! This helped us renegotiate and lower out costs greatly. ### 2. Viio provided an overview of all platforms where one or more users had accounts, and we were able to quickly find significant savings. The product was very easy and intuitive to use, and everything from implementation and setting up the needed integrations were very easy and quick to do. Also, Viio's team is super helpful, easy to reach and eager to develop the product - all things that are essential for building the foundation for a strong relationship with your vendor. We also got significant discounts for some of our biggest softwares thanks to the negotiation help Viio's team provided! **What do you dislike about Viio?** As the product isn't yet ready (are softwares ever?), some important functionalities for us from finance perspective, such as mapping the softwares per cost center and not just owner, were still on the roadmap when I was using the platform. **What problems is Viio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viio gives the visibility to your software spend and usage without having to manually input the softwares and their contract details anywhere, as it automatically recognises all the softwares that are used by the team members. ### 4.
