Vigía Reviews & Product Details

Vigía is a social listening platform built for Spanish and for institutions. It monitors in real time what is said about your organization across eight social networks and the press, with AI that understands Spanish, Quechua and local context. Beyond brand mentions, Vigía surfaces citizen voice (questions, complaints, requests and formal reports grouped by topic), detects trolls and coordinated campaigns, maps the conversation across Peru's regions, and sends alerts by platform, email and WhatsApp. Reports export to PDF and editable PPTX. Vigía uses public data only, isolates each organization's data, and complies with Peru's Law No. 29733 on personal data protection. A product of MagiqApps, in production and serving public and private institutions.
