ViewMetrics Reviews & Product Details

Here's the cleaned version with em dashes replaced: ViewMetrics is a marketing analytics and client reporting platform that enables solo consultants, freelancers, and small marketing agencies to automate the creation and delivery of performance reports for multiple clients from a single workspace. The software connects to marketing data sources, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube, Mailchimp, and others, and consolidates that data into shareable dashboards, automated reports, and embeddable charts without charging fees per client or per data source. ViewMetrics is categorized as a marketing reporting and dashboard software tool, primarily designed for marketing professionals who manage reporting across multiple client accounts and need a cost-predictable solution that scales without enterprise-level pricing. Key features and capabilities include: - Automated report generation: Users can design report templates in Google Slides, Google Sheets, or Google Docs using the ViewMetrics add-on, which automatically populates charts, metrics, and screenshots from connected data sources on a scheduled basis, eliminating manual data entry and copy-paste workflows. - Multi-client workspace management: The platform supports separate workspaces for each client account, allowing users to organize data, dashboards, and reports by client. Team members and clients can be invited to specific workspaces as needed. - Embeddable charts: Users can create charts from connected data sources and embed them into third-party tools such as Notion, Confluence, or external websites. Embedded charts update automatically when the underlying data syncs. - Flat-rate pricing model: Unlike tools that charge per client seat or per data source connection, ViewMetrics operates on a flat monthly pricing structure, allowing agencies to add clients without incremental cost increases per account. - Social and ad platform analytics: ViewMetrics provides dedicated analytics dashboards for Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and YouTube, giving users a unified cross-channel performance view without switching between native platform interfaces. ViewMetrics is used by marketing consultants, boutique agencies, and in-house marketing teams who produce recurring performance reports for clients or internal stakeholders. The platform offers a permanent free plan, with paid plans starting at $29 per month.
