I have been using it for years and find it a great alternative to Premier that is easy to use with a lot of features. I also like that it doesn't break the bank and has features that you would expect from a software package that is a lot more expensive. You can import video from almost any source as well as export the video to many different formats. It's easy to use straight out after the installation will little to no learning curve. I have found some issues with Filters, but they were minor issues that could be overcome. Another thing would be the annoying ads to try and get you to upgrade or purchase one of their other programs that are on by default. The easier accessing menus and the drop down feature of any effect seems really good in the application irrespective of the less effects where more can be downloaded if needed. I have used it for more than 3 years and I really think it's great. The application contains several options like slowing down of a video which helped me a lot. The thing which I observed is it hangs up a lot when any other even small process is running in the background, especially during rendering. It is fine for the normal laptops, but it happens in my high end laptop too. Other than this, when we install it, the effects for transition is very less which should be increased for better usage. And the text too. The effects which I found for any text is very less. Please develop it a little bit so the text transition will look good too. Initially i was using cyberlink but as i got corel video studio i found it so helpful and had a lot of features that i loved and it was not so complex of someone have used any simple editor they too can use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software is really complete and very advanced, what I like the most is it really has the latest technological wave tools to make the best edition, I like that it is easy to use, you can also record almost in any format and with a significant amount of templates for the video menu interface.
