**What do you like best about Viddly?**

The fact that for 10 years I have been able to capture any YouTube Video I desire

**What do you dislike about Viddly?**

It regularly has some minor defects each time they release a new update

**What problems is Viddly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the only PROBLEM I purchase it for each year which is to easily download any YouTube video I desire in enhanced qualities.

**What do you like best about Viddly?**

I like it for being what it supposes to be. Viddly can download videos from YouTube and gather subtitles in SRC format for them. Sometimes I would like to download a few videos at once and it is very easy as well. Anyone can use the tool thanks to its simplicity.

**What do you dislike about Viddly?**

Some options are only available after payment. Unfortunately some tolls offer the same features for free or for in app commercials. Also, the option to download from other sources is missing for me.

**What problems is Viddly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Viddly I can have access to valuable video content like, for example, trainings or technical publications. The videos can be presented to users but often require translation so video have to be downloaded with subtitle file that can be later translated and posted on the video or with another publication.

**What do you like best about Viddly?**

I had a project recently where I did not have the original video files. After a quick search, I found Viddly. I wasn't expecting much, but it did exactly what I needed in an easy way.

**What do you dislike about Viddly?**

It's pretty basic, but also free for a small project that I needed, so I liked that it didn't just have all the bells and whistles and overcomplicate a pretty easy task!

**What problems is Viddly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Abilty to perfect past video projects where I was not originally involved, but now I can download and edit with ease.
