vFound is browser-based front desk software for hotels, universities, offices, venues and events. Five products share one workspace: Lost & Found gives every venue a branded, photo-led guest website with private claims; Parcels logs deliveries and collection; Checkroom issues digital QR tickets for coats, bags and luggage; Equipment manages reservations, loans and returns; Visitors records arrivals and notifies hosts. vFound AI drafts records from photos and labels, suggests likely matches, translates messages and helps staff check claims. People remain in control: AI never identifies people or decides ownership. Teams use phone cameras with nothing to install, unlimited staff and records, audit history, signed handovers, reports, CSV exports, twelve guest languages, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat alerts, a REST API and signed webhooks. Each product is priced per venue and billed yearly. Selected products share one 14-day free trial; a valid card is required.
