I love Vestd and I wish I had found it sooner.
It makes the whole process of issuing shares whether they're growth shares or ordinary shares incredibly simple. Everything is automated through their platform including submissions to Companies House as well as sending documents to the other directors and shareholders for signing which is all done electronically.

We moved from paper/Excel cap table to Vestd and the process wasn't easy. I wish we'd have started with a clean setup in Vestd.
However, the support team were amazing and did a great job of completing our setup and we have been very pleased at being able to better manage our governance over time.

Some of the Vestd standard paperwork (e.g. EMI option agreements) could be better, and uploading bespoke paperwork can be a challenge.

The platform is very user-friendly and complete. The people that I've interacted with in the course of the last year for setting up the scheme, getting a valuation, admin questions when we were going through a new round, have all been very knowledgeable and quick in their responses.
