The support team is friendly, responsive, and typically replies to our queries within 1–2 business days. The platform is reliable and meets most of our ESOP management requirements. **What do you dislike about Vestd?** Our company follows a customised vesting schedule with a 4-year vesting period, where 6.25% of the grant vests every quarter from Year 3 onwards. Currently, Trica does not support this vesting pattern natively. As a result, every time we issue a grant, we have to request the Trica team to manually modify the vesting schedule in Excel. This additional manual process creates unnecessary delays in completing the grant process. It would be highly beneficial if Trica could introduce support for customised vesting schedules, allowing companies to configure their own vesting patterns directly within the platform. We wanted to use Vestd for company secretarial services and Companies House integration as well as for setting up and administering a share option scheme. Other platforms that we looked at told us they could not help. Vestd deployed its development team to amend the platform to accomodate our needs, without fuss or charging us more. The onboarding, investment and valuation teams (special thanks to James Schembri, Leo Freschini and Ashley Chambers) were incredibly responsive and attentive. It was great to work with a SaaS product that is willing and able to update and improve its software in a quick and agile manner and provide such personalised support.
