The Vestd platform is amazing for businesses such as ours who need a relatively simple mechanism to record their equity activity, EMI schemes, and shareholder information and so much more.

For me however the real stars of this company are their support staff, they are just amazing, we could all learn from their approach, no issue or question is ever too much trouble they will guide and assist every step of the way and even check and send reminders to ensure you meet your deadlines, such a wonderful team. it doesn't work as expected. It would have been magnitudes of time simpler for me to give the work to a solicitor, pay something extra (perhaps), and save a ton of time. It's so beautifully user-friendly: I love using it! Share ownership and movements can be a complicated area, but Vestd have stream-lined it into something much more simple.
