VerwalterHeld Reviews & Product Details

VerwalterHeld is aimed at small property management companies in Germany with five to fifty units, for which Excel is too limited and the large property management programs are too extensive. You enter properties and units with area, occupants, rent and advance payment, optionally via CSV import. The software assigns bank statements in CSV or CAMT.053 format to units by name and amount; open items are colour-marked, and the payment reminder is created as a PDF directly from the reminder run. The operating cost statement under section 556 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is available as a PDF for each tenant, with additional payment or credit and a warning before the statement deadline ends. You choose the allocation key for each cost type, heating and hot water are calculated by consumption, and tenant changes during the year are taken into account. It is intended for small property managers and administrators with five to fifty units. All features are free of charge, with no limit on the number of units. The provider is MoersbergerIT, a sole proprietorship in Sarstedt, Germany. The interface is in German, built for German law and practice.
