It uses trusted data to help protect patients, sustain your reputation, ensure compliance, and speed onboarding. Turnaround time is excellent as well. **What do you dislike about Verisys?** The roster process is soemthing I would like to see improved. Moreover, I believe that Verisys has an opportunity to enhance / create rosters for WellCare of Kentucky with some direction from WellCare, which would eliminate the need to submit monthly rosters. **What problems is Verisys solving and how is that benefiting you?** I recently moved all of my credentiailng responsibilities from corporate credentialing to Verisys based on turnaournd time, knowledge and easy of use. ### 2. They meet with us weekly and are always attentive to our needs. Their responsiveness to emails and inquiries has been outstanding. The Insights portal has also been incredibly helpful, especially with our recent staffing changes, allowing us to maintain continuity. We rely on Verisys for primary source verification (PSV) and appreciate their support during our monthly committee meetings. Committee members value the flexibility of reviewing files at their convenience before the meetings. **What do you dislike about Verisys?** The one thing I dislike is not being able to search for an individual in the committee portal as we can in Insights. **What problems is Verisys solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solved the timeliness of receiving our credentialing files. ### 5.
