The roster process is soemthing I would like to see improved. Moreover, I believe that Verisys has an opportunity to enhance / create rosters for WellCare of Kentucky with some direction from WellCare, which would eliminate the need to submit monthly rosters. As a daily user of Verisys services, if I had to find an improvement point, it would be having readily available resources. To ensure informed decision-making, increased transparency regarding the purpose and validity of information would be a helpful resource. Clearly outlining what the information is used for and specifying its validity period will help stakeholders understand its relevance and reliability, ultimately fostering greater accountability and confidence in the services offered. Verisys has been an excellent CVO partner during our transition. They meet with us weekly and are always attentive to our needs. Their responsiveness to emails and inquiries has been outstanding. The Insights portal has also been incredibly helpful, especially with our recent staffing changes, allowing us to maintain continuity. We rely on Verisys for primary source verification (PSV) and appreciate their support during our monthly committee meetings.
