Verisoul Platform Reviews & Product Details

I like Verisoul Platform for its ability to detect suspicious users and prevent fraud affecting our platform. I appreciate how it helps us strengthen our fraud prevention over time. The device and IP intelligence, fraud detection signals, and face verification features are what we value the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not anything significant that we dislike about Verisoul platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used several other fraud prevention tools I find Verisoul to a higher degree accuracy and fewer false positives on detection metrics than others. The AI investigation tool provides great explanations and the anonymous KYC tool is critical for our business and is simply a product that other fraud protection providers do not offer. The integration was easy, and the support I receive from the Verisoul team is quite impressive, literally someone responds within minutes to any question I have and this has included late evenings. There are few downsides to the fraud data and user insights returned, however the online dashboard itself could be improved as it is often slow and maybe adding additional features such as multi-sorting could be helpful in analyzing the data quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Verisoul is being used to detect fake users in a web/mobile apps platform, where knowing if a user is trying create multiple accounts or access the platform in an incorrect way is very important. The platform is using Verisoul to track hundred of thousand of users daily.

Verisoul is of easy integration and quick response/support. The team has been open for our feedback and we have been working closely since the beginning.

It is still a young product but the potential to improve is very big, so I am curious to see what Verisoul platform will be able to create in the future.

Sometimes it can be difficult to know why an user is fake, but recently the V2 platform, and it's dashboard, improve that issue substantially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integrating with the ZeroFake API was very straightforward and the dashboard made it extremely intuitive to onboard our QA team to monitor the data and investigate suspicious accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not an issue with the platform, but we use a lot of duplicate accounts for testing on dev/staging environments so took some organization to test efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is very little to criticise. We have found the odd UX issue but it's always quickly patched or very small to begin with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our experience has been top notch, from onboarding to their continuous support, it simply complements Verisoul's state-of-the-art fraud prevention, especially in our industry which seems to be one of the hardest hit. We're only piloting at the moment, but its preventable detection has picked up over 90% of fraud we haven't been able to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
