I was quite surprised to see a technology like this that one day I would just have to scan my face and I details will be recorded automatically

I am sure the laborious process of check-in faced by me is also being faced by a number of people and I think technology like this could really solve it and make us more productive in the workplace. Time-saving is the biggest benefit I think.

Using Veris App (Seat booking & VMS) helps our Co. & all the employees to make life easy and use of current technology. It is the best App i have ever used till date.

**What do you dislike about Veris Welcome?**

I haven't seen anything which can be disliked in this App; basically, its a bug-free. But one thing I would like to suggest is the color of Veris app, that can be much better.

They have back end team which helps to resolve issues within specified TAT, and this is one of the best customer satisfactory and helps us gain trust of the customer.

I really like the checkin process by using veris VMS system it was really easy and convenient to use and all the details were showing on my email and phone message inbox which kep a good transparency and easy mode to connect.

They should have not make email id as mandatory to fill just a suggestion phone number message integration is enough  for communication as i found its quite a time consuming writing your email

**What problems is Veris Welcome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue that veris welcome have resolved is keeping all the checkin checkout and invites data  safely. As it has a good and well feature of containing all the data for all venues which can be easily downloaded from portal itself.

Nothing to be disliked, but the people who do not use digital software systems can face some problems while check-in but this can be easily resolved by assigning a guard to the kiosk to help those people.

It solves a lot of time and manpower. Also, it's based in the cloud so the data is stored in the cloud securely.

Digital Gatepass option ( barcode) is I like it because of no need to sign. As well as Gate Out process also like.

Need to add bluthooth option between  Samsung tab. To Epson printer for connectivity. 
Required to improve visitor photo image quality which is currently printed on gatepass because it's not visible to indentify the person.

There is no major issue come till now but  I has been solve barcode clarity issue with help of Veris support team.

Veris is user-friendly VMS software. It is a very useful tool to use to manage your visitor database. Cloud base storage and you can easily retrieve your data for future use,

Nothing is there to dislike. This is very good product.

In last years, in the covid situation, they help us with the touchless entries and made it QR code scanning based entries, so that visitor can enter the details using their handheld devices.

**What do you like best about Veris Welcome?**

I like the functionality of using the app on mobile. The experience for Android users on the mobile app is smooth. No challenges on the web application either. Easy to use interface. Prompt responses from the Customer Support Team on tickets. The team also supported the Open Hours we conducted for the Users in our organization over and beyond what was agreed to in the contract. The team is approachable on multiple modes of communication. A lot of customisation is available

**What do you dislike about Veris Welcome?**

The users on Apple iOS faced issues with logging into the app intermittently even after the launch of the application at our organization. I believe the mobile experience of iPhone users needs to be enhanced. Also, the project timeline which was originally planned to be completed in 2-3 weeks, stretched on longer due to complexities at both ends. Clear visibility to the project roadmap status was not available on a real-time basis. Certain changes which may seem easy to implement to the recommender may take longer to actually get implemented. Ceratin features in the solution are not customizable at each venue level. Reporting capabilities need enhancements.

**Recommendations to others considering Veris Welcome:**

Have a project manager to manage the implementation at your end. Ensure you have clarity at your end about what you want to achieve with this app. Do communicate clearly about your expectations.

**What problems is Veris Welcome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to have a solution to ensure that only the right amount of employees come to office spaces when the offices open up. We wanted to avoid overcrowding in the office. Also, we wanted to ensure timely sanitization of used desks and ease the process for the Facilities management teams at each of our locations. This has made the management of the office space much easier when the facilities team is aware of how many headcounts to expect at what time at which location. Also, the health declaration from employees has been automated rather than obtaining it manually on physical forms.

It is easy to use, and customer friendly.

You should have an App integrated with this as looking at the environment so the user and vendor should get the real-time app badge- printing badges should be totally stopped.

It helped me cost-wise, now we don't have to install more servers, and later no recurring maintenance costs.

The thing i like the most is the QR code scanning feature  from which i can simply scan the QR code at reception and check-in myself from my mobile phone

As per my assumptions, this is the best system i have ever seen at any reception of  company

As I don't like to give all of my details again n again at the reception when I'm a returning visitor at the same venue, now with the help of veris welcome i don't need to give all the details again as it automatically fetched my details from the last entry and saved a ton of my precious time.

I liked the QR code scanning or the touchless module for seamless checkin.
Also, it hardly takes 30 seconds to complete the entire checkin.
I haven't used any other system like Veris.

I did not dislike anything.
As an interview candidate I dont get the option to upload my resume while checking in to an organization.
But I do understand that for an upload the devices should be connected.

Very easy to use product.
Reliable product which solves many problems related to Visitor Management.

The major problem that I faced was stopping on security gates in queues and then waiting for manual entries to be done.
Also, i was concerned about data privacy.
Both have been handled very well by Veris.

Veris is a must-have visitor management as it does the work of more than one software. We used it at our agency as we had a lot of clients visiting us and it was going out of hand. Now that we have Veris, we manage all client visits through it.

I think Veris can improve a little bit more on its mobile app interface, but there is nothing as such that is of hindrance while using the visitor management system.

The thing I liked the most in this is the QR-based check-in, coz I already filled in my details while web check-in and it auto-fetched those details and saved my time.

I use it almost everyday in morning to checkin into our building and this has made that process very smooth since I only had to enter my details once and now it fetches them for me every time.

While we often face internet issues so I have to enter all of my details again and auto fetch feature does not work in offline mode.

The best part is it makes the management work way too easy. To handle all the data of visitors from vendor or company's employee itself to all the invites, guest I think it's a sort of perfect product for management.

sometimes stuck for downloading reports due domain , I guess it would be best to use single portal for all the process.

In order to send and convey our brand, we wanted customization to white label the dashboard for the visitor terminal and put our logo over there. Veris was able to customize their portal specific to our requirements and now every visitor sees our logo before checking into the facility.

**What do you dislike about Veris Welcome?**

This feature to show our brand colors and themes on check0in terminal only works while it's offline and sometimes we face network issues and the terminal automatically switches itself to offline mode and at that time our logo doesn't show there.

Given we are a human resource consultant and for us, our brand perception is the deciding factor for a prospect to go with us. With Veris, we can send the right message to our prospects. The level of customization is the biggest benefit that I have realized.

The OTP verification and facial recognition check-in and checkout system are the best. Badge quality is also good and sticks as a label. Also, I received updates from my host regarding the approval of my meeting- the best part.

As a visitor to a corporate office, what is there to dislike. I did not wait in long queues, everything was seamless, maybe if Color printed badges were there, could have had a greater impact.

Problems in inisinal stage we had.  But with support of Veris.  It has become user friendly.. And we have all the data like employees /verndor /visitor /New joiner and TPV all data. We can have track of everybody inside the premises.

Network issues were leading to OTP not coming on my mobile, but they were being delivered as soon as my phone's network got stable.

The OTP verification and facial recognition check in and checkout system are the best. Badge quality is also good and sticks as a label. Also I received updates from my host regarding the approval of my meeting- the best part!

As a visitor at a corporate office, what is there to dislike. I did not wait in long queues, everything was seemless, maybe if Color printed badges where there, could have had a greater impact.

Long wait times, lack of coordination between front desk, security and employees; large queues, visitor authentication, touchfree visitor management systems, ebadges and much more.

The facial recognition feature is the best thing I liked, it recognized my face and fetched my details.

It took two attempts to scan my face, although that was bit of an issue but I could let it slide.

Visitor check-in via the touchless terminal to contain any possible virus transmission is the biggest problem that is currently being solved.

I think facilities with higher footfall should implement especially after the pandemic to keep proper records of visitors. It verifies and authenticates visitor details.

I have just started using it and I feel just the time taken to verify, if they could decrease that time then that could be something could improve.

Authenticate Visitors, blacklist sexual predators and keep records of every visitor walking into our facility. To see the analytics of visitors and to know the higher and lower footfall times is helping us to optimize this process and that is what I like most about this software.

The customization and flow logic as per our requirement, setup simplicity and great support. 
Visitor management at its best. And the Covid related module is very helpful.

Nothing to dislike as of now. I don't see anything missing which does not fit my requirement. 
I am sure Veris will introduce more features in the future which would be more helpful

Earlier we were facing issues when our employees were not getting notifications for their expected visitors and now with Veris two-way communication we are able to resolve this issue.

I hope if we could integrate it with our erp system then that would be great, which hasn't happened yet with Veris.

The biggest problem which we were facing earlier for ghost visitors is now completely resolved with host notification feature and overall automated process from visitor checkin to checkout is the biggest benefit.
