**What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office?**

The operations manager application is very good for monitoring and understanding productivity in a back office environment. The app is relatively easy to navigate as an end user. The data we gather can be used to performance manage, highlight areas of concern on quality, and focus our energy on the most value-add areas to improve. We can also use the data to shout up about the amazing things our people do and we have cold hard stats behind it.

**What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office?**

The biggest frustration we encounter is the maintenance and change process with the app. Whilst the front end user thinks they are asking for a simple change, this might actually be a 3 or 4 day piece of work as we are required to change things in multiple places in the app.

**What problems is Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the app to track productivity, reward the right people and manage the outliers more effectively. It's taking the emotion out of performance management.

Verint provides excellent insights into volume, demand and performance at a macro and individual user level.

**What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office?**

The flexibility and limits on some of the features (e.g., reference fields limited to 8)

Work ownership is made clearer at team and individual level. 
Measuring the time taken to process a piece of work is particularly powerful to help understand backlog hours team/user productivity.

**What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office?**

An easy to use tool with the forecasting features of the tool are great and helped our Workforce Management team to plan the rosters and scheduling better. Real time monitoring and reporting helped us to manage better projections with the businesses across and our internal teams. Support is also responsive & it is easy to deploy.

**What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office?**

Nothing specific to be honest but would love to get a know how on how multiple shifts can be deleted in batches simultaneously rather than going one by one. Also, visual management can be improved by adding more graphs and charts.

**What problems is Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest advantage undoubtedly is being the scheduler and forecasting which was a bit of pain earlier to plan the rosters more accurately and deploy the headcounts to meet the SLAs. The mobile app also helps to manage the data on the go real time.

Verint Workforce Management is used to manage the schedules of agents. It manages the time worked and time off. We currently do not have any problems with the use of Verint Workforce Management, and it is very reliable

I love how it keeps track of everything including in-depth information and you can keep track and follow up on how statistics are related to each individual.

At first it was difficult to navigate and did not know how to comprehend which infomation was needed for each task at hand but now it is a great tool to have.

Sometimes the information does not generate as quick as it should.

**What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office?**

The ease of our employees entering activities and calculating effiency with MyTime. Additionally, we use Time Off Manager to request time off. Our leaders are able to navigate the system with ease.

**What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office?**

In MyTime, there is no turning back if a daily sheet is deleted. An undo button or the ability to retrieve something deleted. In Time off manager the ability to adjust requests after approval

**What problems is Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calculating efficiency and identifying the activities our employees are working in. Additionally, the ability to view self-reported time compared to DPA application time.

The WFM solution has so much to offer! Our company is still in the midst of configuring the product in a way that works best for our business needs, but I can see so much potential we have yet to unlock.

**What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office?**

We have found some opportunities for advancement in the product, at least in the version we have. There is a rounding discrepancy that we found that Veirnt support have told us there is no known fix for, and we have some additional forecasting needs that we still have to meet manually.

**What problems is Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously did all forecasting manually, so the WFM solution is going to be huge in reducing our manual labor. It will also help us to staff appropriately.

I Like the functionality of the tool, the customization abilities, and I like the ease of use.

Sometimes the application does not always function as designed, especially when it comes to DPA. We have had to trouble shoot many issues and we are not cloud base.

It is helping us identify areas of opportunity pertaining to quality management, and efficiency gains.

Been using the product for 15+ years; very easy and intuitive to the user.  Also, a powerful tool to optimize Contact Center operations

Cannot say there are any dislikes to the product.  I would however always mention to SMEs not to go to the latest patches/hot fixes.  Always go one less.
