## About VenueTap
VenueTap POS is an all-in-one point of sale built for karaoke venues (KTV), bars, and restaurants in the United States. Run every station from one system. The register handles room timers with per-hour rates by day and time, count-up or count-down billing, floor plans, split checks, bar tabs, and quick service. Any Windows touchscreen you already own becomes a self-order kiosk or a kitchen display — bring your own devices, no proprietary hardware lock-in. Guests can order from their own phones with a QR code, no app to install. A customer-facing display mirrors the register so guests see every line and total. Orders from registers, kiosks, and phones land in one kitchen queue where tickets age from green to red, routed to the right printer and station. An in-store hub keeps your registers ringing and kitchen tickets printing even when the internet goes down, then syncs back to the cloud automatically. Owners get daily, weekly, and item-rank reports for one store or all of them, with Excel exports, from any browser. Works with PAX card terminals and Epson-compatible printers. Runs in the browser or as a self-updating Windows app.
