What do you like best about Venn?

Each time that I have had questions/concerns/needs for Workplace, the people at Venn have been prompt, courteous, kind, efficient, and effective in both taking my concerns seriously and providing useful solutions. I have had nightmare situations with other companies where it is impossible to get a "live human" for assistance. That has been the opposite of my interactions with the people at Venn, and I am so grateful for the truly helpful individuals there. What do you like best about Venn?

I really appreciate how Venn securely protects our company data and allows secured access to company systems. "Great Cloud based computing option, with some limitations"

What do you like best about Venn?

Workplace allows for our company to be fully remote but still have full access to all our documents which would otherwise reside on our workstations locked in the office. We are able to share documents and files no matter where we are in the world as long as I have a computer. The virtual nature of the desktop client is great for our smaller company's needs. What do you dislike about Venn?

Sometimes the server gets overloaded and we experience decreased speed while accessing the hosted applications. I think they could help to mitigate bandwidth issues by increasing server capacity especially given the current environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Venn:

This is a great lower-cost option to having your own server system. They do a really good job updating the software and making sure it is full-featured. I would recommend this service to all people who need to have remote access and also have the ability to be in person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Venn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our office needs the ability to have access to our workstations from all over and share documents between people. The benefits were expanded in the time of COVID when everybody is now remote because nobody is at their desks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
