VendMaster Reviews & Product Details

VendMaster is software for managing recreational machine operations like claw machines, gumball machines, consignment stock, pool tables, and arcade games. It centralizes route planning, cash tracking, inventory, commissions, and financial oversight. Routes are organized by collection frequency, revenue, and location clustering. A dashboard highlights locations needing attention, payment deadlines, and revenue trends. Operators use mobile devices to log collections, triggering automatic earnings calculations, inventory updates, and recordkeeping. PDF receipts document transactions with partners. The platform tracks inventory, sales, and partner commissions, with revenue analysis by machine, location, and neighborhood. Financial tools manage payables, receivables, cash flow, and commission payments. VendMaster runs in web browsers without requiring apps or extra hardware, supporting multiple machine types in one interface.
