VendCaptain Reviews & Product Details

VendCaptain is software for businesses that run GS805 protein shake machines. It shows what the factory software leaves out: money taken for drinks that were never made, machines that need a visit, prices that sell less. What you get - Keep the money you lose today: every card payment that made no drink is listed, with what the customer is still owed. When a machine keeps failing, VendCaptain warns you, and one click stops it selling. - Drive only when a machine needs you: see when each machine will run out and when its waste bucket needs emptying. Whoever services it follows a checklist and adds photos. - Sell more from each machine: see what every price change did to cups and to income, run happy hours and discount codes, see which machines would earn more somewhere else. - Bring customers back: a stamp card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, with no app to download. - Your numbers stay yours: your full sales history, ready to download, kept apart from every other operator's, on servers in the European Union. Two ways to start - Connect: nothing changes on the machine. You connect the account you already use for your machines and VendCaptain loads your full sales history. - Run: VendCaptain on the machine's own screen. Same machine, no new hardware. Adds the stamp card, a game while the shake is made, price tests, exact stock after every drink and a maintenance switch you can use from anywhere. Needs a Nayax card reader. Built by an operator. VendCaptain is made by Real Zero S.L. in Madrid, which runs a shake machine of its own inside a fitness studio. We use it every day. When something breaks, it breaks for us first. Free pilot: 15 days, no card needed, nothing changes on your machines. Independent software, not affiliated with the maker of the machine.
