They've made it easy for us to decide we needed another vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veem?

Don't use this service. They find a reason to hold every payment over $10k going in either direction. In this last round, they debited the funds from our client's account, received the funds, then held the money for 6 more days saying they required the client to prove they had the funds to afford the transfer... that had taken place and been received by veem days ago.

They've made our vendors and customers furious with poor explanations for similar issues. Veem makes you look bad to both clients and vendors. Take your business elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Veem?

Veem was our favorite way to do financial transfers. Then suddenly they changed. First it was a monthly fee with one day notice and they stopped transfers from Europe. They had a great idea when they started and then the wheels came off. We are now looking for a replacement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Veem?

That I can send money from a credit card to a recipient. It makes it easy and it makes the transaction traceable. It doesn't take long to set up but make sure you read all of the prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The length of the transactions can take a while to process. It would be more convenient for the transaction to take 2 or 3 business days as opposed to the 4-6 business days it takes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Veem?

I love how easy it is to pay people all around the world. We have staff and vendors all over the globe and VEEM is how we pay everybody. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Veem?

It's easy to use, you can make direct simple requests to the client and the money will be there in your account. Customer service is good and responsive. Hopefully new option will be as good to keep money in wallet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veem?

Veem is good but the only thing missing is payment through a card. Most of the clients had issues in making payment through cards only and they don't want to register but they have to do it. Also the rate is a bit lower than expectations :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Veem solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are getting payments from our regular clients, as mentioned this is the best platform if you have long-term clients who pay you regularly. For single-time payments, clients mostly don't prefer to register but hopefully once the number of members will increase it will be a good alternative to Paypal.
