VaultXL Reviews & Product Details

VaultXL is inventory and listing software for estate sale companies, consignment shops, liquidators and resellers. Photograph an item and VaultXL identifies it, estimates resale value from current asking prices, recommends where it will sell, and drafts the listing. Items live in one inventory that publishes to eBay, Shopify, Etsy and Facebook, keeps per-channel pricing in sync, and tracks what sold where. Consignor settlements, commission splits and payout statements are built in, so every sale reconciles back to the client who owns the item. Room scans sort a whole house into sell, specialist review, donate and discard. Works in the browser, on the phone for capture in the field, and as a connector inside ChatGPT and Claude.
