**What do you like best about Vantage Point?**

I like the process, that is easy . Just select the offer and use.
I use the frequently when i have to order something.

**What do you dislike about Vantage Point?**

1. The tracking system lags here. The tracking is not in real time. We didn't got any messages.
2. The repetitive offers.

**What problems is Vantage Point solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, It is showing me all the rewards that applies to that particular category.
I need to just search the brand, All associated offers will be there.

Purchase orders are too complex. Having to create multiple batches .

**What do you like best about Vantage Point?**

User interface is very friendly.  They always do updates that integrate new workflows.

**What do you dislike about Vantage Point?**

There are managment portals that restrict access.  There should be some lite version of these portals that hide essential information but that other members of the organization can use for information.

**What problems is Vantage Point solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It puts all of the HR, financial and project managment into one house.

The site is available 24/7 and can be accessed anytime as well

**What do you dislike about Vantage Point?**

The site allows for users to spam the site with requests for others to take over their giveaway or trade shift requests

**What problems is Vantage Point solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to ensure that users follow the rules and do not flood the site with multiple of the exact same requests.

**What do you like best about Vantage Point?**

I like the granularity of Vantage Point. I will say that it seems as though Pipkins is very malleable; but this feature isn't very useful due to the lack of intuitive UI. 

**What do you dislike about Vantage Point?**

I dislike the presentation, its hideous. Also, it's a windows only platform. Make Mac Compatible please. 


**Recommendations to others considering Vantage Point:**

Doesn't support Mac unless you're using Remote Desktop, which is finicky. 

**What problems is Vantage Point solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has a lot of anomalies in regard to what tasks are considered productive and non productive. The malleable nature of the RTA module has helped solve many issues.

Allows for good scheduling of our support staff

still very old school in the user experience

**What problems is Vantage Point solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to best allocate our staff while providing best in class customer support while trying to keep staffing levels minimal
