Getting any support out of this company was like and an act of herding cats. They simply do not care about the client's experience at all. I had left a review for them on another platform about the problems I was experiencing in dealing with their company and once they finally had decided that they thought it was resolved they actually demanded that I revise the review.

It's broken - nothing works properly and it feels like the software is being abandoned. It's littered with bugs including some that have been there for a long time. Don't bother with YouTube analysis - I don't even know why it's included as you see no data and adding a YT account just breaks the site. Sheets downloaded are empty, "Ad analysis" has been promised to "come soon" for about 2 years yet we've seen or heard nothing. Quite often you will want a 12-month analysis or to look at this time last year, but you only get 6 months. The "insights" say things like "Optimal hashtag usage is 1-2" when all marketers know that adding more hashtags, maybe 5+ or even more, is the optimal number. I love the fact that I don't need my client's or prospect's social media credentials to see their progress on social media.

Providing an audit for clients is pretty easy, even if you're a new digital marketer. Vaizle helps you interpret the numerous graphs displayed. it can be overwhelming especially if you're new but they use simple terms to communicate what those terms mean.

I purchased vaizle 8 months ago but never really understood it, just two days ago, I needed to prepare a quick audit and so I attempted to use it again but first, i reached out to support and I received excellent insight into the tools that vaizle provides. There seems to be some bugs that came to light when I first started using the product, the logos in the report were a little off, and some of the graphs didn't appear correctly, but these are small things and can be fixed easily. The UI is very intuitive and easy to use, though like most digital tools out there, it requires spending some time learning and perfecting every feature available.

Pricing is definitely very competitive for the product that it is and is money well spent. Like most entrepreneurs, software can be costly, so the competitive price tag offered by Vaizle is very helpful.

Customer support is also very efficient, quick to reply to any questions, something I definitely appreciate because some help was needed in the early stages to configure and set up the data exactly as i wanted it to be.

I´m yet to find something that i can say i truly dislike, not at the moment. If anything, I kind of would skip the "Authentication" with social networks that´s compulsory on arriving to the admin area for the first time. Unless the "Authentication" of all social channels is done (or clicking "Skip" this step which Vaizle recommends not to do) , I couldn´t get access to any other area of my account. I had to "authenticate" with 4 social channels, all 4.

I didn´t want to "skip" the step as it was recommended.
