I haven't tried any competitors and have no reason to do so. **What do you dislike about Vaam?** I can't think of anything that they could do better. They exceed expectations, and they are fast in answering any tech or idea-based questions. I have nothing more to add. **What problems is Vaam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vaam is helping us tell our story with the correct content and benefits so nothing gets lost in translations. We also use Vaam to record the installation guides that we publish on our website quickly. ### 2. Otherwise, it has been against the same target group, with the same communication. The power of video and Vaam is amazing! We have also added our calendar to the video and gotten customers who book meetings directly, and not just more people who respond positively to our emails. **What do you dislike about Vaam?** Nothing right now, we have everything we need **What problems is Vaam solving and how is that benefiting you?** We become unique in the market with our outreach and helping us to get a shorter sales process. We had the great fortune of getting additional onboarding support and tips on leveraging video with Vaam. Sharing videos with colleagues through the library is an appreciated part of the product and makes it easier to get adoption in the company. There are lots of clever details that make the difference in usability for beginners and advanced users. You can tell that the team behind Vaam uses their product. **What do you dislike about Vaam?** I haven't found anything I dislike about the product in my experience so far. The only thing that can be challenging is getting past the initial mental threshold of recording videos and hearing your voice. You get used to it pretty quickly :) **What problems is Vaam solving and how is that benefiting you?** First, it allows us to follow up on meetings with prospects in a more personal yet time-efficient manner. That could be highlighting one of the things we discussed or showcasing something we didn't have time for during the meeting. Showing is far more effective compared to telling in writing. Second, it could be a new way to create interest in our product when reaching out to cold leads. The video format still has low adoption today, and this is a way to get through the noise and quickly get to the point. Third, it's great to spread knowledge within the organization. Make meetings more efficient by prepping - or avoid them altogether by explaining things in a video. ### 4.
