**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about uTester?**

Firstly, the platform's comprehensive range of testing services stands out to me. From functional testing to performance and security testing, uTester has it all. The user experience testing services are particularly useful, allowing me to evaluate the software from the perspective of the end-user. I also appreciate the integrations with popular software development tools like Jira and GitHub, which makes it easy to manage testing projects and collaborate with team members.

**What do you dislike about uTester?**

There are some downsides to uTester. One of the major drawbacks is the platform's user interface, which can be overwhelming at times. The dashboard can be cluttered and confusing, and some features are not as intuitive as they could be. Additionally, while the community of professional testers is a useful resource, it can sometimes be difficult to find the right expert for a particular project.

**What problems is uTester solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comprehensive testing services: One of the major problems that uTester is solving is the need for comprehensive software testing services. With uTester's range of testing services, I can evaluate the software from different angles and ensure that it meets all the requirements and specifications. This helps me to identify issues early in the development process and avoid costly mistakes down the line.

User experience testing: uTester's user experience testing services have been particularly beneficial to me. As a user experience tester, I need to evaluate the software from the perspective of the end-user, looking for issues related to usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction. uTester's UX testing services help me to do this more effectively, allowing me to identify user experience issues and work with developers to improve them.

Collaborative testing: uTester's integrations with popular software development tools like Jira and GitHub have made it easier for me to collaborate with developers and other testers. This has improved communication and made it easier to manage testing projects, leading to faster and more efficient testing processes.
