Customer support can only generate these IDs, although we have an account with unlimited Setting-IDs. It would be great to generate the IDs on my own. Texts for consent bar are provided/pre-configured. Saying this you cannot avoid a legal check to be 100% safe here. So speaking to a lawyer is still somehow needed. The support team does a good job in case of any open questions - friendly and supportive. **What do you dislike about Usercentrics?** Provided text needs to be checked again by a lawyer to be 100% legally sure. Sometimes parts of the settings are not that self-explanatory. Crawler for tracking scripts is missing. This is important as I need to know where the cookies/scripts are located. Once I found them I can add them to the Consent Management Platform. **Recommendations to others considering Usercentrics:** While setting it up involve a Web Developer. Makes your life easier. In addition I recommend to have a crawler in place to find all the cookies/scripts, because a Consent Management Platform is only as good as its content . Therefore using a consent management platform is also a must in case you do not want to code it on your own. So using a ready-to-use solution was the better choice for us.
