**What do you like best about UserBit?**

The interface is extremely intuitive. I was able to assess whether Userbit would meet my needs, and then get started with my work, in no time at all. Others at my company have found it similarly easy. The organisation and visualisation of the data is superb. I've also found the supper team to be very responsive.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

The system is not really designed for very large datasets, although these can be split across multiple projects.

**What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analysis of consultation responses. These vary in length from a sentence to many pages. Userbit is used to analyse all text for the issues respondents are raising. These are then fed back to infrastructure developers and others, to help improve projects.

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

It's a highly integrated platform that has the ability to keep all of the user data organized.

The insights tool is amazing--it just automatically generates insights from the survey. The information that it provides is incredibly useful for me when it comes to conducting follow-up interviews.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

Nothing for now. 

I know I shouldn't complain about the price, but I was wondering if there might be a free version available for students who registered using their institutional emails.

**What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to analyze data from different recourses such as surveys and interviews. And we have a research team that is working on this together. Userbit helps with this extensive research while also keeping clear each team member's role, schedules, and so on. It's really time- and energy-saving when doing a collaborative project like this.

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

I like UserBit because they have done the work of making a workflow out of the user testing process. I love the simplicity of the application. I use UserBit to interview customers, record their feedback, tag the feedback for different users across my team, and synthesize content to make better-informed decisions.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

I'll really enjoy the simplicity of it, but to give it an edge for marketers, it would be nice of it had te ability to generate beautiful looking reports that showed me the same information in a nice to look at style.

**What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me one place to keep all of my interviews and to tag it via many fields so I can sort, and filter based on what I need to use the data from the interview for.

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

UserBit is a great tool for all of your user research needs. You can use it to collect and aggregate user surveys and interviews. Analyze data for patterns, highlight user pains and gains, create profiles and journey maps, etc. It also works well as an archive for your data, so you can compare across projects and time periods and understand how your users' needs are evolving. Great tool for the price!

Navigating back to find previous work, e.g., interview notes from a previous round of study is not always straightforward.

**What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the tool to gather and analyze user information so that we can better understand if we are solving user problems with our product offering.

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

1. Great tagging system for effectively working with interview, testing or survey data.
2. Good variety of tools. Card sorting, user flows, journey maps etc.
3. Very responsive & thoughtful team
4. Great support
5. Easy to use - makes it rewarding (and fun!) to work in Userbit
6. I have tried several different solutions on the market - Userbit is my favorite by far

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

Hmm.. I don't have anything I dislike. And frankly, if I really needed some sort of functionality, I think the team at Userbit would find a way to add it.

**What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userbit helps me work with large amounts of data, in a way that's faster and more efficient than I'd be able to do without it.

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

The features of Userbit go above what is recommended by the UX Design community. I start a new project as a technology consultant for each client engagement and ensure that meetings and notes are processed in the same location. The ability to cross-reference these notes and derive some quantitatively significant findings from these sessions is incredibly beneficial for generating ideas.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

To make things simpler, there may be additional software linkages. To make the process simpler, the interface may be improved. I do not see any other thing that could be improved.

**What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that UserBit made the time-consuming research phase much more enjoyable and quickly made the experience truly outstanding. The platform conducts the bulk of the organizing and synthesizing of insights for you, and the features are straightforward. Additionally, the staff listens to user feedback when developing their goods and responds quickly. It keeps our projects visible to my team in one place.

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

Very easy to create new conversations with clients. All conversations can be tagged, and you can look at them all in aggregate. Plus it's reasonably priced in the market.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

Sometimes there are some formatting issues that I've come across, such as font changes. However, I'm not even sure that it's not user error. But those are not big deal breakers. They're easy to work around.

It serves as a way to get our research and client conversations into one system. They're sharable to the people who need to see them. We also use them for our Win/Loss strategies.

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

UserBit does a great job of collecting research data from various activities, including tagging each of these insights. Once those are collected, it's easy to create personas, journey maps, and user flows based on that data, easily allowing for insights to be added inline with the artifacts.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

Interaction design could use some additional work; drag and drop capabilities would make it easier to manage insights and data faster. Could use a better explanation of how tags and user segments overlap in their content model.

UserBit helps ensure research data and insights don't get lost and are truly worked into each of the outputs of our discovery and research work during stakeholder and user interview sessions.

I liked these features of UserBit a lot:

1.) It was very helpful for working in teams and collaborating on projects.
2.) It improved efficiency to a great extent.

There can be more integrations with other software to make things easier. This will help in handling more things on a single screen.

1.) Helps you maintain visibility of all our projects on a single dashboard.

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

We started using this tool about 6 months back and our product team totally loved it. The fact that all of us can collaborate in real life to make UX related product decision while sitting and working from home is amazing! Loved the ease of use and features that it provides. Highly recommended

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

No issues as such. Demo cues and all can help a new user but everything is great so far. Great work team!

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

I love the tagging feature and how it speeds up the process of analyzing our data. I like that I can change tags as I go and don't have to search hard to find tags I have previously created.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

I think that the charts feature is the biggest opportunity for improvement. It is not bad, but it just is not easy to format how I would prefer

**Recommendations to others considering UserBit:**

I would highly recommend this tool. Make sure to watch their Youtube videos - as those are very helpful in explaining what the tool is capable of.

**What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am drastically cutting down on the time it takes to analyze qualitative data. I have been able to keep all of my interviews more organized.

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

EVERYTHING!!!! UserBit not only solved my issue of providing a robust qualitative research repository, but is absolutely packed with helpful tools such as robust Notes features with tagging and transcripts for video/audio files, powerful Survey analysis, the ability to quickly analyze and gather Insights and share them in a very visual way via a Project Reports, not to mention tools that help you create/share Personas, Card Sort Studies, Visual Site Maps,User Flows and Journey Maps. The value of UserBit is incredible!!!! Throughout my journey trying to find another tool similar to UserBit, I found nothing else that compared to the value and features that UserBit provides.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

I honestly can't think of a single thing. Every once in a while I will run into something like, "Oh hey it would be cool if this did this," but it is always an extremely minor improvement (and often I'll reach out to the UserBit team and they will sometimes consider it for a future release, or explain to me how I could use the tool differently to accomplish my task).

**What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before UserBit, I struggled with trying to organize and analyze all the qualitative data from my UX research, as well as trying to find a visual and compelling way to share those insights with stakeholders. This is the #1 problem UserBit has solved for me. The additional features like User Flows, Personas and Journey Maps were just the icing on the cake!

I absolutely love how well rounded and fluid the platform is when it comes to real time collaboration, features, overall tooling for our research purposes. I love that we can pair it with our exisiting tools such as Maze and etc. It's an AMAZING paltform with Amazing support.

I don't have any dislikes about this platform. Honestly, I can easily find things to complain about and I don't have one about this platform. they solve anything I ever need

I am solving the problem of having disorganized or unstructured user research. I am also solving the problem of having really good analysis, reports and overall focused UX research space

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

UserBit is by far the most flexible of the solutions in this category that we could find. We evaluated all of the ones we could find - from some fairly well-known companies to some apparent newcomers.  Unlike most software solutions that require you to mold your way of thinking to the way the software happened to be coded, UserBit has proven to be easily configurable for multiple projects and our evolving needs.  Even more important, they continue to impress with their ability to take customer feedback and evolve the product rapidly.  I can't say enough good things about the customer experience.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

I can't think of anything I dislike.  Frankly, it has been all positive.

**What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Market research: interview notes are typed up, formatted, tagged, categorized, and then used for decision making.

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

What I love most about UserBit is that it's a central place to conduct and store all our user research and initial UX designs for personas, journeys, site mapping, and most important quickly finding trends and insights into our experience.

The team is always super responsive to feedback and fast bug fixes as well.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

Can't think of anything. It's truely a great, intuitive, and very useful tool for UX teams.

**What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userbit allows us to keep everything in one place and quickly tag and sort through all the data. The presentation mode has made it super easy to present and share our insights with our teams as well.

**What do you like best about UserBit?**

3. Auto tagging for fast tagging

4. Word clouds and charts as needed.
5. You can view your data in various different ways to make sense of it. 
6. You can bring your surveys in here and auto-tag content. 
7. I love that you can now upload various file types such as PDFs, Word etc... if you have any old research documents
8. It is truly an all in one solution
9. Fantastic support. 
10. I am amazed at how many times during the day you will get a message that "Reload for a new version". The new version is there with any new features. No need to restart or wait. When you reload you can continue working and use the new features right away.

They seem to know exactly what researchers need. Thing to note is that the competitors listed here such as Product Board are not really the same. UserBit can be used for any type of qualitative research - For Foundational Research, UX research, Service Design research.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

I love the program. I have nothing bad to say about it. 

If I encounter an element that could be better, they literally push the update quite quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering UserBit:**

This is a product for extensive qualitative research. If you are overwhelmed with amount of data or information you have, in different corners of your organization, that you need to bring together, then this is the software for you. I encourage you to try their trial version to get a feel for it. It is easy to use and they have great helpful videos not only helps you with the software but also gives you ideas to analyze your data better.

**What problems is UserBit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used UserBit to make sense of vast amounts of data from various sources such as: Old surveys, Industry data, Interview data and create Personas and Journey maps quickly based on this data. 
I love that they have now added workflow diagrams, card sorting to the mix. 
It helps faster processing of the data, making sense of the data and creating artefacts that are useful and  look good.

The tool contains all the necessary functions such as: 
1.Interview management
2. Managing tags and highlights 
3. Auto-tagging 
4. Insights
5. Word clouds, etc. 
Also, the team works on improvements daily!!

Absolutely nothing.
The team is very cooperative, if I have questions or suggestions they react immediately.

The support is SO REACTIVE! They even create features for me, did you already see that? Me, never.
And the easyness to tags and sort everything with analytics is very very useful
Finally, I love experience maps and I can do that in that tool.

**What do you dislike about UserBit?**

I really dislike nothing. When I have a problem, the support and the team behind is always here. If I have to say something, it would be the lack of public access to personas, journey maps and insights.

**Recommendations to others considering UserBit:**

Don't hesitate to try it and don't hesitate to ask them questions, they answer so quickly and so nicely every time. I really love this product!

It helps me to sort all my user research data. With userbit I can do that in a professional and sustainable way.
