As a developer - Upvoty has been the EASIEST solution to deploy. Legitimately, deployed to production in a matter of MINUTES, not hours or days as some competitor products.

Since the redesign, the 2.0 as they call it, I'm back in love with Upvoty. They're doing a great job and the new team is super good on support as well. That's the main reason I'm doing this review. Customer support is terrible, takes ages to respond to the most simple requests. Unfortunately they are not responsive to more pressing issues like their system charging us twice for the same month. We use Upvoty to collect feedback within all of our different products. I like how it comes together in 1 portal. Before, we were using both Trello, Airtable, and a bunch of custom automations to make it work. Upvoty replaces them all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
