Changed price on me twice without notice, I tried to cancel 3 times and they are still charging me. **What problems is Upvoty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping me add a feedback collection portal. ### 2. Legitimately, deployed to production in a matter of MINUTES, not hours or days as some competitor products. If you're using REACT, this tool is insanely good, and deployment means a single component wherever you need it displayed. **What do you dislike about Upvoty?** Doesn't support REACT 19 at this time. Hoping the developer upgrades soon **What problems is Upvoty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Upvoty is the platform I am moving forward with to provide my users the ability to give custom feedback / view the public roadmap on. ### 3. They're doing a great job and the new team is super good on support as well. That's the main reason I'm doing this review. I've been using Upvoty for over 2 years now and honestly, their recent move makes me never want to change again. **What do you dislike about Upvoty?** I really not liked the previous software but since the new release, it's been great. it's fast, modern, and supe reliable. **What problems is Upvoty solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us gather feedback among our users and without the help of Upvoty, it's a real pain. We do want to collect feedback and give our users a voice, but don't want to spend endless conversations with our customers. Now, with Upvoty, we just link to our feedback portal and everything's handled there. ### 4. We've been able to collect a lot of data. Unfortunately due to bad UX, we have lost most of the data that we've collected through this software. We didn't receive receipts over email either. The price went up multiple times from $15 per month to $40 per month without any notice. Beware of using this service. **What problems is Upvoty solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps get feedback from users of your product. ### 7. Unfortunately they are not responsive to more pressing issues like their system charging us twice for the same month. Refund is still pending. I would recommend going with an alternative. **What problems is Upvoty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Public feature suggestion pages and product roadmaps. ### 8. I like how it comes together in 1 portal. Before, we were using both Trello, Airtable, and a bunch of custom automations to make it work.
